When he returned from looking, I was told that it had been delivered on the truck and was still boxed so come back another day. I then went to check out another Item and was told the credit card machines are not working and that I would have to come back another day. I will not be retuning and will take my business elsewhere.

I had my bindings snap so the technician was able To help with a temporary fix. Plan ahead for a busy day. Food In the lodge cafeteria was decent. They were out of cheese curds that day so they had some cheese triangles that look like Makeshift cheese curds. If you're hungry everything tastes great! Typical of resorts, food is mid to high priced so you can bring your own food if you want to save money. They also have a restaurant for other food and drink options. Parking lot was close by so you can walk to your car not too far even on a busy day. They offer a 3 day flex pass you can use conveniently anytime during the season at any of the three resorts: Granite Peak, Luften, and Snow River for a decent price and if add an extra day it's $69.99 or $70. Lifts are fast so be careful Getting off the lift! Nice view of Wausau at the top! Of the hill!

I had issues with a hot water heater and when we bought the camper we were told they had mobile service and if we ever had a problem they would come to us. Well apparently there mobile guy quit and they are not replacing him do they no longer offer this service. After multiple contacts with them they finally told me to order the party myself and then the warranty department would full out the paperwork to reimburse us. That was a month ago and I still haven't even got a call back from the warranty people.

I popped in and was met at the desk by Thomas who asked "What do you want to do with your bike?" That is exactly the right question. I told him, and he showed me a too small Giant Roam, but promptly said he had the exact model in a larger size downstairs. Answered my questions without any pressure. Got a really good price and he was happy to install the Topeak rack I wanted at no charge while I waited. Zero pressure; knowledgeable staff; good selection. Nice selection of E-bikes too. This is not the cheapest place for your bike related stuff, but it is very competitive.
