He was freezing us out! I inspected the bus before boarding and to my surprise, the seats were all ripped up in the very first row and continued to the back of the bus, some of the blinds weren't working properly and the floor was sticky. This was beyond embarrassing. What's worse is they had the nerve to charge us an additional $350.00 five days after the expiration of our contract for no reason! They didn't return phone calls or answer emails when questioned about this additional charge. This company is a fraud. We are currently in dispute and they will be reported to the Better Business Bureau, Dept of Transportation, and all other consumer reporting agencies. BUYER BEWARE! I have since retired and now use the train occasionally. I used to buy a monthly pass (discount for frequent users). Also available are daily, student/senior discounts, and special weekend prices too. Plan your trip by checking their website for arrival and departure times. The passes are not sold on the train, you must pre-purchase at the convenient kiosk. The Covina Station has permit parking, which must be purchased through the City of Covina. Across the street is a parking structure, daily passes can be bought at the machine located by the entrance. The train cars have an upper and lower seating sections, some areas have a table that seats four people. Food or drinks are permitted, but not sold on the train. They also have clean bathrooms, which is a plus when traveling with a family or distance more than an hour in duration. Enjoy the ride and don't forget to tell em that Rosemary sent ya!!

She does nothing. She is supposed to open bathroom doors & insure they are safe & fully stocked. She does not. She is to insure that passengers get on & off busses & trains safely. She's never around where there is heavy foot traffic. She walks numerous times to her car for food thus eating while she walks around on duty. She makes & receives personal calls while on duty. She plays with her hair. Additionally she allows anyone to smoke & vape at the station but me. Sadly, I witnessed a drug deal 2 weeks ago. Where was she then? It's no longer safe there in the mornings since Boaz & Guzman relocated to uptown Burbank. Lastly, she wears her own clothing leading people to ask me questions because she doesn't look like security. She needs to be replaced.

Very hard to navigate. Google maps says they come at this time but we had to wait 10 min longer. None of the buses came at that time 8:36am. Also we weren't late either. We came at 8:29am. Google maps says Bay 25 but the driver was picking people up in Bay 19. I'm glad caught the bus or else Bay 25 is the other side of the bus stop and maybe it wouldn't even stop. Going to downtown, we had a helpful individual that said any one of these buses on the upper lots can get you there. There are stations on the bottom of the train stations so be on a look out of where your ride is located. Either upper or lower deck.
