What if I had not persisted? They told me they don't use their patient portal because all their patients are computer illiterate. I am a programmer with 35 years of experience and I seriously doubt their clientelle are computer illiterate. Nothing is done on time ever. Communication of any sort is nearly impossible. Otherwise, their doctors are great -- some bean counter convinced them to slash their office staff to nothing. They can barely manage.

Thankfully, he is healthy and growing strong. Looking back, I strongly believe the warning signs should have been taken more seriously and investigated further rather than being attributed to diet. The experience left me feeling that my wife and son were put at unnecessary risk. Another major concern with this practice is the lack of continuity of care. My wife was not consistently seen by the same doctor throughout her pregnancy, which made the care feel fragmented and, in our experience, contributed to concerns being overlooked or not followed up on appropriately. This was one of the most frightening experiences our family has ever gone through. I was advised to go back to the ER (where I already spent $1k out of pocket) if I felt I needed to be seen. On my drive home I called to see if the provider recommended that I follow up with my GP until my appointment with Rose in May (the soonest they can schedule me). There were 3 receptionists in office and no one in the waiting room, yet I had to leave a voicemail and never received a follow up call or message. Suffice to say I followed up with my GP who listened to my concerns and went over my ER visit information and did follow up labs. I am now being seen by cardiology on an emergency referral due to heart palpitations and low potassium levels. I trusted this facility as they stated they are equipped to deal with high risk pregnancies, yet was dismissed when I tried to follow up based on doctor recommendation. I trusted these specialty providers to take care of me and my baby, and all trust has been lost. If they don't care about my health in my first trimester, surely I cannot trust that they will be able to ensure my safety, or even have concern for my well being, for the rest of my pregnancy or during birth. The whole interaction was frustrating so I opted to drive in to the center to make the appointment in person. Once I arrived, it took a long time to receive any service and even longer for the receptionist to take my information, but I was able to make the appointment for the following week. Despite the odd and slow experience, I am very grateful to have been able to make the appointment in person.

They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty big; however, they share the lot with many other establishments, so the lot can be full very easily and quickly.
