He explained the pathophysiology, diagnostics, and treatment plans in a succinct manner, but also elaborated further when necessary. From the patient side, Dr. Rahman is clear, calm, and genuinely reassuring. They break down complex orthopedic issues into language patients can understand without being condescending, and it's obvious patients trust them. I repeatedly saw patients leave appointments feeling informed and confident in their care plan.

As of 4:02 PM, she still had not been seen by a provider. She was left sitting alone in an exam room for well over an hour with little to no communication about the delay. A long wait is one thing, but the complete lack of consideration for patients' time and well-being is unacceptable. Imagine if this were an elderly patient or someone experiencing a medical emergency. Leaving patients unattended for extended periods raises serious concerns about the level of care and attention being provided. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for treatment. Patients deserve better communication, better organization, and far more respect than what was shown here today.

First off, I'm not one to leave a review because I believe the service you get speaks for itself…read more Being a health care professional myself for over 40+years working in the field from level of care to supervisory gives me a great amount of experience to provide a through review. First the office staff are very professional and accommodating, next the clinic staff who takes your vitals are professional and ensure they use universal precautions to ensure there are no cross contamination from patient to patient. This is a biggie for me when it comes to doctor offices. Last, Dr. Rishi Majithia. This is my fourth appointment seeing him. I was recommended to him by my daughter in law who is a medical professional. I was initially very skeptical because doctors now days care more about money than the care they provide. Dr. Majithia, my first appointment he listened to my complaints and concerns, gave his feed back, made slight recommendations and genuinely seem as if he cared. By my second appointment he actually was able to repeat some of the concerns from the previous appt and made excellent recommendation. This let me know he actually was listening and taking appropriate notes the first appointment. By my third appointment he addressed all my medical concerns, started me on new meds which we both agreed, made legitimate realistic goals for me to follow and seemed as if he really cared about my well being. Again he was able to recite all my previous complaints from the past appointments. ((He really Listens). Today, I had my fourth appt. I can now say I have found a provider who is knowledgeable, competent, up to date with society and current medical trends. Knowledgeable of Diabetes, and is genuinely concerned about his patients. Seems he has a passion for his profession. When he took his Oath to be a doctor to care for patients he did it because he wanted to see a change in people and he care about people's health. If your looking for a doctor who cares about his patient's, current on medical knowledge, doesn't rush you during appointments, listens, there is no need to go further. Dr. Rishi Majithia is an excellent choice!

Sadly, I got no help from Henry and was left highly disappointed and upset with my experience. The first time I saw Henry, he attempted to misdiagnose me with fibromyalgia when I clarified I had already been to see licensed medical professionals and was in the process of being tested, and no one had diagnosed me with it. It made me uncomfortable that he disregarded this information and jumped to this conclusion so quickly and arrogantly. He minimized my pain by making one of the most unprofessional comments I have ever heard, by insinuating that I could not actually be in a lot pain because I had never done sports. According to him, only people who have done sports in their life and gotten injured truly know pain. Why should I have to prove to you Henry that I feel pain? What about people with various other illnesses? Are they not allowed to feel pain because they haven't done sports? I came to you to help manage my pain, not to be medically gaslit. Henry continued to make various unprofessional comments during this appointment, not only asking me if I planned to have children, but more specifically HOW I planned to have children. Excuse me? Do you think it is appropriate to ask women about their fertility issues while they are trying to get a massage from you Henry? Because of his inappropriate comments, I stayed mostly quiet throughout this appointment because of how highly uncomfortable I was made to feel. I gave this man the benefit of the doubt by going to him a second time because I was DESPERATE for a good massage therapist. I regretted that decision very quickly. During my second appt Henry refused to continue to provide his services to me because I was honest on how his method of PEMF had caused me pain. Also, not once did I receive a proper massage, because my time was wasted with random breathing exercises or the PEMF. His reasonings for not wanting to help me were that he did not think his methods would help my nerve pain, but this was clearly bs. Again I paid for a MASSAGE, not what you were trying to sell me. If this is the type of treatment you are forcing onto your clients, that should be made clear on your website so nobody wastes their time like I did. If you choose you don't like one of his treatment methods, he will not only REFUSE to accommodate you, he will also "fire" you as a client. Also, by the way Henry, have you ever heard of INFORMED CONSENT ? I had specifically communicated to you at the beginning of my second session that I wanted to know what to expect during this appointment, but was blatantly ignored. I was not given any information about this PEMF technique prior to him using it on me. He only explained what this PEMF was AFTER he had begun using it on me. His disregard for my consent not only made me very uncomfortable, but resulted in my back pain worsening. I could go on and on about the complete lack of respect Henry had with me, including a complete lack of bedside manners and unprofessionalism. I was never once rude to Henry or unprofessional with him to merit this type of treatment. I sincerely hope Henry that you become more self aware to the things you say to your clients who are in a vulnerable state and are coming to see you for help, NOT to be gaslit, mistreated, and disrespected, like you were with me.

If you say it's urgent it took 7 hours before she called my husband back. They DO NOT know how to submit disability paperwork. The first time almost everything was left blank (edd sent us & the office highlighted copies) It took my husband 10 weeks before he finally got his first disability check. We currently are on the 5th time for disability paperwork as the girl picked a random date for my husband to return to work. He had only started PT on his 4th session. Plus it was too early to be released to work and a month before he seen the surgeon for a follow-up. They want to charge you $20 every time to submit paperwork even when it's their mistake! And it takes them 4 days to fill out anything you need for your job plus another $20. I think the $20 for submitting paperwork is a scam, especially when Ashley is horrible at doing "her job". She doesn't care if you get paid in a timely matter considering it takes her mutiple times to finally submit it. We actually had another lady file it under the Dr she works for in order for it to finally be submitted correctly. I would say the drs are good but the office staff is highly unsatisfactory. We had to go in yesterday to get paperwork "fixed" because Ashley put a early return to work date for his disability and the lady next to us was there for the same reason. We went up stairs to talk to PT and she said we were the 2nd patient that morning who complained about the office staff screwing up paperwork. So if you go here and need to file disability paperwork beware it will take weeks or months in my husband's case (still not correct) his surgery was in May. He told the Dr who said it was unacceptable and he would report it to the "higher ups" but that didn't help us if he did say anything.

Doctor had a rather cavalier attitude regarding the surgery as I was on the gurney in pre-op. After the surgery he was nowhere to be found. No one from the doctors office interacted with me in the surgery center post-surgery. I left with medications I wasn't instructed on how/when to take. The nurses did their best to assist, but they didn't have info, as the doctors office gave them none. Have left messages on multiple occasions regarding a follow-up to a surgery I had with one of the providers here, the recovery from which is still not resolved almost 8 months later. PT was assigned and Premier didn't send any info to the PT office for a recovery plan. Follow up visits were with the PA, because the doctor couldn't be bothered to attend any of them for the first 6mo post-surgery. These were all ineffective as the PA never seemed to take into account any of the information I gave him regarding my recovery, or lack thereof. He refused to read a note from my PT regarding the issues I was having with my shoulder still. The office gave me a referral to a different specialist, never followed-up on scheduling that appointment until I went into the office almost a month later. When I did, they didn't give me any useful info regarding who the referral was to. I have been astronomically disappointed with "service" from every level of patient interaction at this location---front office, back office, PA, doctor. The next time that a person from this office calls to follow-up and ACTUALLY listens to what I'm saying and needing assistance with will be the first time. I will say, however, that the lady who helped me schedule the surgery, oh so many months ago--Maria, I think--was very nice and helpful.
