Excellent service every time I've been. Have purchased 3 cars and a bike. Never had any issues with the service or sales departments.

It could be that the service from the other places really highlighted the difference in service and care, in comparison. I had a couple of friendly experiences with Brady already but I will say, both times, they forgot to have the car washed afterwards but the second time, as we were headed out, Brady saw and asked them to get it washed before we left. I kind of miss the cookies they used to offer but nbd. They do have hot coffee or tea available and flowers or a snack bar for you as you check out. One negative thing I don't like about this place, is the seating. All the seats are too deep. I had been in a car accident a few months earlier and could not sit without pain in their waiting area because there is not enough support in their deep seats. Not everyone is tall and the difference in the back support of a seat or chair is huge after a car accident. I'd love to see different seating options or some seats with extra pillows for support.

The facility will text when your vehicle is fully serviced and ready for payment and pickup. There is a pay counter towards the entry. After payment, you get a choice of a rose or snack. if I had a Honda, I would always sit and work here during service maintenance due to the cleanliness and variety of amenities. Well done IG Honda!!

Like others I had appointment times that were meaningless. They expect you to leave your vehicle with them for as many days as it takes them to get to it. One service advisor actually told me that making an appointment only gets you a place in line for service. Don't expect anyone to call and tell you when it will be ready either. You have to keep calling them to get any updates. Bad service hasn't stopped them from raising their prices either. Higher parts and service costs than other dealers in the area. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I'm now going to miss Christmas with my children because the car had aftermarket parts that negated the warranty that was sold. I was adamant that I need a warranty for a used car with higher mileage and was assured that this warranty would be perfect. The warranty won't cover anything on the engine because of the aftermarket parts and I've had to pay so much for transportation while my vehicle is sitting in my driveway because the engine is shot. It has nothing to do with the aftermarket parts, not the company that provides the warranty will not cover replacing the engine. I was sold this car under false pretenses! The dealer is doing nothing for me and simply doesn't care that I haven't been able to spend time with my children without a vehicle. I will be seeking legal ramifications. They tried to pad my loan with every possible option and some of them didn't even apply to the vehicle I purchased. Major red flag! Buyer beware, bring a lawyer with you when you purchase a vehicle here! I was provided a loaner vehicle while Morrie's worked out the details of what it would take to fix my vehicle. Flash forward to mid March of 2026 I still had no resolution. I was called to return the loaner for service and at that time I was told that the newly hired service manager decided to tear down my motor to the point of failure in an attempt to get my warranty to cover the costs. It was already established that that was not possible due to the aftermarket parts. I previously advised them to just replace the motor. He also stated that a fuel injector leaked into the motor causing it to put a hole in the piston. That's incorrect, the Ford dealer I towed it to performed diagnostics and did not find anything of the sort. He provided that excuse as a way to show that the warranty couldn't have covered it as it was only regarding internally lubricated components. I told him that I never authorized the tear down and only asked that the motor be replaced and was assured by John the sales manager that they would work with me any way they could. Today I went to pick up my car after they suggested changing the flywheel and clutch and had more than 33% to put down on the cost of repairs and was told that they couldn't help me. Stay away from this company at all costs!!!! They had my car for over 4 months!!!

Andreas and Hedi were professional and took great care of us through the entire process. After an initial quote via phone on Friday with Andreas, we knew that it was just a matter of test driving the car (CX-50 turbo) the following day and if that was good and then a deal would be made. They stood by their quote and discounts and made it super easy for us to move forward with the sale. It took an entire 2 hours from when we arrived till we left with the new car. They had better deals as well than other Mazda dealerships in the MN metro area. I also used Morrie's for service in the past and they have always been great with their service.

I've tried on and off to go to local places, but I keep coming back. That's because the pricing and transparency are spot on. I've never found it to be overly inflated or manipulative. There have been numerous times when they have authentically told me what to prioritize and what I could wait to repair or replace. As a female, I have had experiences in other places where they try to take advantage of me, and that's never happened here. Many think dealers just want you to get into a new car, but with 270,000 miles, I have never once been pressured. In fact, they told me I probably have at least another 30,000 miles left. Because of all this, I would recommend coming here, and I will definitely be purchasing my next car here.

After having owned more than 21 cars in my professional and personal life, I thought this one would be as advertised, top-notch. Well, it wasn't. Nor was the service at the Invergrove Heights dealership. In the short time I've had the car, I've already had to take it in three times for mechanical problems, and one issue is still unresolved. From the wind noise that can't be fixed through the rearview mirror when driving on the highway, to even the smallest things, I'm not satisfied. I don't want to go into details about the service I received when I bought the car. For example, while traveling this past weekend, the car's computer kept displaying a message for hours saying there was a problem with a lamp and that I should call the dealership now. I took the car in for its 20,000-mile service and mentioned the issue. First, they told me they had no knowledge of it, then that it could be a recall, and then that I should bring it back in a week for a checkup. My time is valuable, very valuable. They could have kept the car, given me a rental, and checked it in time. No, first, it's what they decide, and second, it's their time that matters, NOT THE CUSTOMER'S, THAT IS, MINE. The 20,000-mile checkup was incomplete because they didn't check the tire pressure. They did send me a video, which was completely useless because the mechanic wasn't speaking clearly and was speaking very softly. Between the noise of the shop and his voice, it was useless. I have another year to suffer with these people since my lease ends in 2027. I have other options and other places to go. PS: Don't reply to me. Most of the time comes from an employee that tries to be nice and not from the GM....

Before bringing it here, an independent scan had already shown multiple engine-related codes, including misfires and timing/camshaft correlation codes. While driving to the dealership, the vehicle went into limp mode on the highway. Luther Nissan Kia documented that the engine was approximately 4 quarts low on oil in a 6.5-quart system. I specifically told service advisor Stephen Stulz in writing that replacing spark plugs looked like treating a symptom, not the root cause. I asked where the oil went and asked for the root cause to be investigated. Despite that, they charged me for spark plugs and an oil service. When I came to pick up the vehicle, the Check Engine light was already back. Then they charged me again for an oil control valve. That repair also failed almost immediately, with the Check Engine light returning shortly after I left. Only after two paid failed repairs did they move toward a much more serious camshaft / CVVT / timing-related repair estimate of about $5,600. The communication after that was extremely poor. The vehicle stayed with them for months, and for long periods I received no meaningful updates unless I pushed for answers. In my experience, they did not seriously engage with the problem until I filed complaints and took legal action. After that, their explanations kept shifting toward warranty coverage, mileage, possible used-engine speculation, and customer authorization instead of directly addressing why the root cause was not properly diagnosed from the beginning. In my opinion, this was a very poor diagnostic process and a very poor customer-service experience. They documented severe oil loss, received a written root-cause concern through their service advisor, charged for multiple repairs that did not fix the vehicle, left the vehicle unresolved for months, and only became responsive after outside pressure. After this experience, I will not use Luther Nissan Kia or any Luther-affiliated service department again. I previously trusted the Luther network with this vehicle, but that trust is gone.
