My husband and I have used Footework about 4 times now! Fantastic place. Always helpful - especially with all the tedious paperwork - thank goodness for this place! Our first visit we registered a utility trailer. Fast! Second visit we did title work and registration on a travel trailer we bought - more paperwork that was all handled by Footework. On our third visit my husband registered his motorcycle. Always great service and quick! We will never go to the public MVD again. We look forward to getting our drivers licenses at Footework too. This business used to be my go to for all my licensing needs. Not any more. Last few visits have been worse than going to the DMV! Rude employees unpredictable hours. Recently went in 10 min before closing and was told they couldn't help me. I looked around and saw several employees doing nothing. The only reason these businesses exist is to provide customer service that DMV was poor at. Guess they lost their way after becoming successful. My husband is deploying in one week to Afghanistan. He is in town for three days and we had to get our registration taken care of before he leaves. The DMV issues a military exception letter that we had filled out by his commanding officer. Footework told us they couldn't accept it because it wasn't a wet signature from his commanding officer. There are 120 men in his unit. The commanding officer signed one and made 120 copies to give to the men. So Footework expected that the commanding officer in his spare time in between twiddling his thumbs should have signed 120 copies of this letter. Every single other service member in his until successfully got this taken care of with the same form we presented to Footework. We went to DMV and they accepted it without issue and went above and beyond to help make this process smooth and easy for us when we were already dealing with the stress of a deployment. Footework looks for a reason to say no and I won't return even for something I know will be simple and easy for them to assist with. This isn't customer service and this shouldn't be how we treated our service members especially those that are about to be deployed overseas for a year to defend our nation. Also the reason we came to Footework at all was because another member of the unit had the same issue with them and this form. After leaving a review Tyler the general manager called him and apologized and said to come back in and they would assist him. Apparently he needs to train his staff especially when the exact issue came up only a week prior. read more

They took forever to begin, and to process everything for a license and registration. They charged a credit card fee for a debit card. And they were rude. I will never return there nor recommend that others utilize their services. read more

Every single time I have been here, I have been greeted promptly and with a smile, serviced incredibly quickly, and left feeling extremely satisfied with my experience. My wife and I stopped there to re-title and register a vehicle we bought out of state. Everything went fine until we were going to use a charge card to pay the fees, at which time we were told that there was a 3% service fee if the charge was over $500. I asked about writing a personal check, they don't accept checks, been burned too many times. We went to our bank and came back with cash. No where did we see a notice on their website or in the building that they charge a service fee. Just be aware of this. The service was excellent, but they could have saved us time if they had made it clear that they charge an additional fee for the use of credit cards. Update 8/7/2015 I talked to the owner today and he had already talked to his general manager about this. He told me that they were going to post notices in the office and on their website that would explain their credit card policy. He explained the reason for the service fee and it made perfect sense. My only concern was the customers weren't given the service charge information until they were ready to complete the transaction, after talking to the owner, I am satisfied that this will be remedied soon. I have changed my rating to 5 stars because of this. read more

I can't recommend this service enough. Pleasant, professional people made registering my two cars a breeze in under one half hour and I walked out with two new license plates. The fees charged are surprisingly inexpensive and this saved me from a visit to the DMV. read more

Had my appointment today.....was upcharged $10.00 for a "Priority Appointment", which I did not request. I originally called, no answer, left message, and employee Gina returned my call. When I asked about fees, the indicated that we were not allowed to discuss fees on the phone. And, after searching their website, found that indeed they are not forthcoming with their fee schedule. I saw fees posted on wall and took a photo....I was charged not the $27.00 indicated, but $38.00 PLUS the $10.00 upcharge Priority Appointment....I was refunded the $10.00 by a haughty Heather. She said I saved 4 weeks by getting that "Priority Appointment"...I had an MVD appt. scheduled for Aug. 25, and the extra $10.00 would have made it a definite NO for me, being a 68 year old senior. Not impressed and would not recommend at all..only good thing was it was under 1/2 hour, yet MVD is just as quick with appointments, as I was just there with my husband last month. read more

Disappointment. I needed a vehicle inspection for a mobile home which they couldn't do because the serial numbers were under the trailer and they said it was too dangerous for their employee to go under the mobile home. I went to the PV office to get an inspection form so someone else could do the inspection and they would not give nor sell me the form that is required. They must have them if they do these inspections. Certainly not good for customer relations. Perhaps they get their customer relation training from MVD, but isn't this why we use Footeworks? to avoid MVD customer service? read more

These folks are really proud of their service. Come on... a $27 charge to renew a drivers license PLUS the state fee. They really aren't that sharp or fast. If you have a semi-flexible schedule go to DMV for this stuff and save yourself 160% of the cost as DMV only charges the state fee. read more
