The parking is non-existing since the street has been redone, causing area employees/residents to utilize customer street parking for the most part, since cars are parked there for hours on end. The man, before even saying hello looked over his eyeglasses and said I could get an $800 ticket for multiple parking violations for my parking actions. After leaving my shoes with him I asked him where parking was located for customers and he said "all over" and became visibly upset about. When I returned the next week, I felt he was still upset or maybe just has bad customer relation skills. Maybe he doesn't like people who wear black shoes...I don't know but I would not recommend anyone visit his store or if you do- wear white shoes.

Quickly any concern I had was to put to rest! Mark assisted us and was extremely helpful! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the boots! Upon picking up my boots a was disappointed to see loose sloppy stitching, glue being used to hold parts of the boot together, and just overall poor craftsmanship. About three weeks after getting these boots back the repair is separating in places due to the glue not holding and the loose stitches are starting to tear. Also wanted to add that they were poorly re-dyed which I did not agree to. Disappointing because I had heard nothing but good things about this place. Do not recommend.

My son did find a pair of boots that he really liked only to find that the one boot was smaller than the other. Instead of someone offering to help or get in the back room to see if they had another pair, we looked around and then left. It is too bad that another store in town got their business. However, I guess when you get somebody that's greeting you and shows you to what you're looking for, and then offers advice it's a little easier to drop about $150 for a pair of boots. I gave three stars only because of selection, but would only give one star if it comes to customer service.
