That's a problem because they have the least helpful staff you'll ever meet. I guess they expect you to walk around the store looking for the size you need. They're all too concerned with chatting at the counter to actually assist you, and B when you do ask for help they make it obvious that you have interrupted their busy task of ignoring you. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I had no idea what I walked into but I swear if a place sells genuine cowboy boots I find it. The Fort puts Boot Barn to shame (Sorry Boot Barn). If St. Joseph Boots has 17,000 pairs, I would say The Fort has about half. I've not visited St. Joseph boots, by the way. I smelled the leather when entering The Fort, and my nose immediately found the boots. Goodness, how can I choose just one? They have hundreds. Not just cowboy boots, but there's a pair with peace signs on them. While I was there, they had an ankle boot sale. I tried on a few pairs and left with a pair of Durangos...this was the first time in the store. The second time, I wanted to see if those ankle boots were still on sale. It pleased me cause they were...oh and the sandals with silver beads were on sale. I'm not normally much of a shoe person, either. They have boot services too, stretching and other services. Manager said it was inflation. I can buy those jeans for 22 band new at Walmart. Costco brand jeans, Kirkland at 17 here. They are 12.99 brand new at Costco. T-shirts 8 bucks, button up shirts. Her response was if you don't like our prices you don't have to shop here. She said what do I expect, inflation is up gas has gone up minimum wage has gone up.
