Well, 8 days later and after wearing them in the house for about an hour total, I went to the store to return them last night. I was told that I would not be able to return them, except for credit on future shoes. The shoes were in good condition. On the bottom of the receipt I noticed that it did state that the store can refuse a return for any reason, after the fact. But, that is not what I was told. I am not a negative person, but I don't like a store to lie and take my money. I don't want it to happen to anyone else.

Thankfully we were helped by Daniel M. today, who was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful about the needs of my mom's feet. He provided great customer service! We felt comfortable purchasing the shoes and compression socks from him, because he genuinely believed in the products and didn't try to push sales (which would have completely pushed us away). My mom's feet are already feeling better. We would recommend this store if you're able to get Daniel to help you!
