Went through an ordeal with a rude male employee and a condescending manager as well as 4 different customer service reps. A 2 minute process turned into a 30 minute issue. Was told that it couldn't be returned because then they would need to explain to the distract manager why it was returned. Don't care. If it's not in the policy, then I am well within my right to return it. Customers don't care what you need to explain to whoever it is. If it is returnable based on the policy it should be returned. Ended up getting the return after having to cause a scene for a $13 item. Ridiculous.
