I visited Windsor this morning to return two dresses. I had already completed the return process…read moreonline through customer service and was given a QR code for an expedited in-store return. The cashier, Arianna (hopefully I'm spelling her name correctly), was amazing -- friendly, professional, and welcoming. She made the process easy. However, what appeared to be the manager approached during the return and asked Arianna if she had inspected the items. I stated clearly that the dresses were brand new, tags intact, and I had just removed them from the plastic while waiting in line. The tone and approach felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Additionally, this same woman was near the entrance adjusting merchandise when I walked in and did not greet me at all. First impressions matter. My online customer service experience was excellent, and I'm glad I initiated the return beforehand. Unfortunately, the in-store interaction with the manager made the experience feel tense and unwelcoming. I will likely be reaching out to a district manager to share this feedback, as customer service at the leadership level should reflect professionalism and courtesy.

I came to spend time and shop at this mall with my 10 year son and one year old daughter…read moreyesterday, everything was fine until this old lady came and literally push my daughter, she then proceeded to hit me because I confronted her, then the two other people who were with her jump in to try and attack me, I had to chase them out to with my two kids to get their plate number to get a report from the police, all the way to Walmart when I was trying to do that they then proceeded to move their vehicle as I was trying to take a picture, keep in mind I had the dispatcher on the phone while these people were getting away after assaulting a baby and a mother of two, the police didn't respond right away and the security we're just standing around doing nothing, the security manager didn't seen to care over what just occurred, and seen unfazed or unbothered, I explain to him that my daughter was push and I was jump and no sense of caring, they didn't even bother to look at the cameras. The cop was being dismissive tag 2125 and didn't even care, I had witnesses who saw the whole thing and he was being to the two lady's saying to mind their own business, bad experience please don't bring your kids here because this mall is not safe for anyone especially kids. The lady with the grey shirt told the officer that I scratched her and the play the victim when she in fact was the aggressor went on top of me and I had to defend myself and the cop believed her side of the story

What I received was embarrassing; the sneakers looked liked someone wore them, dragged them and then placed them in the box for shipping. The sides are pulled apart, there are scuff marks, it's badly glued and clearly visible. Not even sure how this was ok for packing/shipping. The box wasn't even packed correctly for someone who just purchased a pair of shoes. Finish Line has lost a customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

Several other attendants came out and one looked at the gentleman in the corner and said "You've been here to long. You need to get to the back of the line." Then walked over to another customer and said can I have your barcode. It was truly shocking. If the gentleman has been waiting a long time, wouldnt proper customer service be to assist him first or find out why he is waiting so long. I am utterly disgusted by the rudeness and lack of professionalism When he saw his co-worker come out with the gentlemans items, he scoffs at him and says "oh you actually had something".
