I visited Windsor this morning to return two dresses. I had already completed the return process…read moreonline through customer service and was given a QR code for an expedited in-store return. The cashier, Arianna (hopefully I'm spelling her name correctly), was amazing -- friendly, professional, and welcoming. She made the process easy. However, what appeared to be the manager approached during the return and asked Arianna if she had inspected the items. I stated clearly that the dresses were brand new, tags intact, and I had just removed them from the plastic while waiting in line. The tone and approach felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Additionally, this same woman was near the entrance adjusting merchandise when I walked in and did not greet me at all. First impressions matter. My online customer service experience was excellent, and I'm glad I initiated the return beforehand. Unfortunately, the in-store interaction with the manager made the experience feel tense and unwelcoming. I will likely be reaching out to a district manager to share this feedback, as customer service at the leadership level should reflect professionalism and courtesy.

The cop was being dismissive tag 2125 and didn't even care, I had witnesses who saw the whole thing and he was being to the two lady's saying to mind their own business, bad experience please don't bring your kids here because this mall is not safe for anyone especially kids. The lady with the grey shirt told the officer that I scratched her and the play the victim when she in fact was the aggressor went on top of me and I had to defend myself and the cop believed her side of the story

What I received was embarrassing; the sneakers looked liked someone wore them, dragged them and then placed them in the box for shipping. The sides are pulled apart, there are scuff marks, it's badly glued and clearly visible. Not even sure how this was ok for packing/shipping. The box wasn't even packed correctly for someone who just purchased a pair of shoes. Finish Line has lost a customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

The lighting isn't a dingy as their Garden City location. The carpets and everything look newer. This place has high ceilings so it felt like a nice place to shop. A lot of the shelves were bare though in the beauty section. Maybe it was because they're between shelving spring products and removing Christmas stuff? I was surprised at how many dresses and gowns there were here. Prom dress shopping season! This store is located on the 2nd floor. Maybe that's why it was so empty when the stores downstairs had long lines. Its nice that there's a bathroom here. The store felt pretty stuffy.
