Admittedly, I'm not a Converse guy for everyday wear, but I LOVE them for dancing. Something about the fit and style that works perfectly with my feet and I've never had foot pain in my feet, even after one particular night where I put in 27,000+ steps from midnight to 6:30 AM at a Martinez Brothers party in a pair of Pro Leathers. This may not be the location you come to if you want a pie of Converse for a special occasion, unless that special occasion happens to be a rave? I happen to go to a lot of parties where floral, neon, reflective, glittery, and other fun prints are encouraged so some pink/blue reflective, pink floral, and sequin Converse have made me the belle of of many balls. The intention I set whenever I come here is to find a magic pie of shoes that I will have lots of fun in and I've hit jackpot pit after pair. On so many occasions I've had regular days turn into magical journeys as soon as I laced up a pair of Chucks I've bought at this store. I'm forever grateful for the helpful and kind staff who always have so much patience and are there to offer a hand when needed. I love this place and I'm glad it seems to live me back because whenever I visit, I find amazing shoes that take me on amazing adventures!

Horrible experience with the manager that was on duty that night on 8/15/22. Bad attitude up the…read morewazoo. My sister had gotten a pair of shoes as a birthday gift for my daughter and because it was a gift, she received a gift receipt in case they're didn't fit. Well they didn't fit and when I asked in the store for help from the manager to do the exchange, she was super rude and obnoxious to me. Manager argued with me that exchanges were not allowed under the store policy and pointed the sign on the cashier desk. I explained that I had a gift receipt because the manager on duty that day of the purchase made an exception. When the irate mgr saw that she was wrong, she stated that this would be my LAST time to ever do an exchange at this location. When I asked if she could show me the area when I could find different sizes for my daughter to try on, she said NO. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes for my daughter and got the exchange taken care of, but I'm not planning coming back to this store anytime soon. Something that should have been 1-2-3 ended leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry Converse that you are folks like this tarnishing you're good name.

They still give good service. They bring you the shoe that you ask for and they don't crowd you. In my days, we brought multiple shoes JUST IN CASE. There is not a lot of suggestive selling. They do have good shoes that are comfortable and not costly so that you can afford to buy 2 pairs. They do have discounts available on some shoes and when buy you can sign up for the friends and family and get a great discount off your entire order. They sales staff showed patience and discipline, which is a fine quality for sales. Jason S. Was not in the store, he's the one that trained me and promoted me to manager. We turned over the shoe for the price and they were $150. The sales employees were really nice and keeping busy cleaning the store and at the register. The place didn't have any customers. The classic style shoe that I like never goes on sale. I always convince myself that I don't need them anyway. It was a nice walk down memory lane. The shoe has been around since 1950. I'm a fan and I'm sure I will reconsider when I need more boots.

Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately by Natalya, who was friendly but not pushy. She recognized my boots and our conversation flowed from there. I did have an inquiry about a pair of shoes I already had, and she was kind enough to help, even though it was a purchase from another Gianvito Rossi. I really appreciated her assistance, and knew I had found the one I would want to buy from, even though this store is as far from me as possible. As I made my way back to the entrance, she pointed out they had a second floor which I didn't even take note of as I came in. This means there will be more for me to look at which could be dangerous. Overall, the place is beautiful, the products are of the highest quality, and the service from Natalya will keep me with the brand here on Madison.

I took my wife (size 35) and had multiple options of color, design, and comfort to choose from. For the ladies: the Rossi designs are sexy, comfortable, and well made. For the guys: the shoes are just hot! Do yourself a favor and take her there. Natalya and Silvia are so friendly and helpful, you can't go wrong. You might blush at the initial price, but I will say that my wife has had their shoes for years and the quality is excellent.
