First time visiting this store and I feel a little mixed. It feels like a liquidation store. But, my ocd was triggered cause everything feels a little scattered and messy. I went there looking to buy casual nice shoes for work but unfortunately the shoes that were decent looking didn't have my size and no employees offered any help.

I went to the store and they said they couldn't do anything and I had to contact customer service. While at the store, the girl I was talking to didn't know what to do. She was trying to ask another employee and that employee was extremely rude to her. After contacting customer service they said a hold was put on my account because I pulled the card out and an automatic refund was given... but it would take up to 30 days for me to receive it. So here I am 3 weeks later at Christmas time and still haven't received my refund. Absolutely ridiculous that they can take my money twice without me authorizing it and then do nothing to make it right other than say sorry.

Bills Khakis, Leatherman Belts, Surefire flashlights! Wigwam socks, Filson, and a full line of Orvis items. They've recently started carrying Southern Tide and that's a huge plus for me. If you don't already know, Southern Tide makes the best polo shirt on the market. The best part about this store is the service. They know what they're along about here. They also go out of their way to carry cool stuff you've never heard of before. The store reminds me of what the original Abercrombie & Fitch Outfitter stores were like. I happen to go on one day and my goal was only to get the HK sweater. Long and behold - They had 1 XL of the sweater ! I snatched it so fast and I had asked if the sweater had any % off. Even with the coupon, the prices on items seemed a little higher than what I was willing to spend, a small plush toy was 30 dollars for example.
