I am not big Jewelry person & I don't like wear rings but I do like to wear bracelets & earrings. From time to time I will wear a necklace. When I was organizing my jewelry I had a bunch of thin necklaces tangled up. I took there to get it clean & untangle. Everyone is nice. When my bracelet claps broke I went their to get it fix. The price was pretty steep but this is closest place to me. I really like this bracelet so I sucked it up and paid it. I also took my pandora bracelet there to get it clean. The funny part is that half of my bracelet is the real pandora mixes with fake one. They were able to spot it right away. While I was waiting for them to clean my pandora charm I was window shop around their store & they have amazing pieces of jewelry. Their layaway plan is really reasonable.

I recently went to JC Jewelers in Winter Haven, Florida to have a 10 karat gold bracelet repaired…read more To replace the clasp they wanted to charge $407. I'd asked about selling it and they would only give me $400 (hmmm - no brainer). I decided to solder it instead. I'm advising you, the consumer, to shop around on better gold prices if you're selling. Additionally, I was looking to replace the wedding band that my husband lost with a gold and diamond ring. We found one that was nice and similar. The cost was approximately $800. The receipt stated that it was a 14 karat gold and diamond ring. When I home I looked through a loop that I have and the ring was not stamped anywhere. I believe the law mandates all jewelry needs to be marked. I returned the ring to advise that I have no idea what Kt this ring is. The sales woman told me it's right on the receipt, it's 14kt. I stated it may be on the receipt but it's not in the ring. She took the ring to the office where the jeweler was and how ironic he said return the money even though the receipt states "no returns for money only store credit". Just advising, if you do business with this company, please check your product while you are there.

Female especially at the shop looked extremely unhappy to be there. Didn't offer to help me as a buying customer extremely rude. You never know who people are and what they are coming to spend. If you're a person of color, l wouldn't recommend spending here. The fat white lady with the glasses I believe her name is Betty at your Winter Haven Florida. Location is absolutely deplorable. How many more piss poor reviews and complaints are you guys gonna have until a customer incident happens or this company is reported. I've come to the shop a few times and every single time I've come this woman Betty has the most worst attitude. She comes in miserable. She's very rude to Customer.
