I'm advising you, the consumer, to shop around on better gold prices if you're selling. Additionally, I was looking to replace the wedding band that my husband lost with a gold and diamond ring. We found one that was nice and similar. The cost was approximately $800. The receipt stated that it was a 14 karat gold and diamond ring. When I home I looked through a loop that I have and the ring was not stamped anywhere. I believe the law mandates all jewelry needs to be marked. I returned the ring to advise that I have no idea what Kt this ring is. The sales woman told me it's right on the receipt, it's 14kt. I stated it may be on the receipt but it's not in the ring. She took the ring to the office where the jeweler was and how ironic he said return the money even though the receipt states "no returns for money only store credit". Just advising, if you do business with this company, please check your product while you are there.

They have a good selection of Jewelry and rings but 1 specifically caught my eye based on what I knew my fiancée liked. A Rose Gold 1.25 Carat Pear shaped Diamond with an array of diamonds on the band. After going to the store multiple times I decided to purchase it and have it sized. They were quick to resize it, having it ready 2 days later. Due to my own fault I had them resize it a size too big and had to return to get it adjusted smaller. About a week later I got the ring. Not even 2 days later we noticed a few diamonds on the band missing as well as a small crack on the bottom where it was supposedly cut to size. On one side where the diamonds on the band ended, it looked like there was also a cut that had been made there and the ring wasn't a perfect circle, being warped outwards at this spot. Went back to have it repaired. I called multiple times throughout the weeks and a few times the completion date was pushed back. Finally after over a month we got back the ring. The center stone seemed slightly misaligned but I seemed to be in there securely, and just happy to finally get it back, I accept it hoping my lady wouldn't notice this slight imperfection and be happy to finally have her ring since I had been out for repairs more time than she actually wore it. A couples days ago we noticed the center stone went missing. Do I blame myself for not speaking up about the imperfection? Yes 100%. But given the multiple repairs partly due to craftsmanship, I can't help but wonder if the integrity of the ring was compromised due to the multiple repairs. Value and friendliness of the employees, great. Ring quality I guess up in the air for me. Is that unfair review of the business? Probably, but I am left more unsatisfied than I expected which is why I'm giving it 3 Stars.
