For years I thought Jimmy Choo was just clever marketing high priced shoes. Boy was I wrong. Last…read moreChristmas I bought a pair of black pumps from Neiman Marcus at 75% off their regular $700 price tag. When I asked why it was so cheap they told me it was actually last-last season...so two seasons ago...to be honest it looked liked a shoe from any of their season...but hey what do I know...Well it is easily the most comfortable not to mention stylish shoes I own. I was super surprised because lets face it 3.75" heels aren't exactly "comfortable" but these Choo are very comfortable and they seem to almost mold to my feet the more I wear them.... So when I had the opportunity to check out their store here in the ATL with some friends I thought why not... I think sometimes people assume because a shop sells uber expensive products it means they are super snooty esp. to people who are just browsing...this wasn't our experience here at all...in fact it was quite the opposite. First of all the sales person was an absolute sweetheart. He greeted us with a big smile and if I didn't know any better he was actually excited to see us. He asked us if we have been here before and we said we have not...he then proceed to walk us through some of their newest and best sellers...from women's flats to men's loafers this sales person was a pro! He obviously was very knowledgeable about not only the company but their manufacturing techniques...very impressive. He kept asking us if we wanted to try any thing on or if we were interested in a pair that wasn't available he would be more than happy to find it online or in another store...what great service! I would definitely come back again....thanks for a great first experience!

This location is near my home and I've gone in twice and will admit to finding my daughter a pair of shoes each time in the clearance area for around $9 or so, but haven't found anything for myself yet. As I wonder through the aisles today, I remember thinking that all the shoes looked more like work/church shoes and I am normally looking for play shoes. I work in retail, so I buy good shoes to stand on my feet and work in, but when its time to play...I am a stiletto kinda girl. This location is neat and well organzied, but then it should be since I would say that 80% of the merchandise is black or brown shoes. Here it is 3 weeks before spring & Easter, and I didnt see one pair of spring colored shoes or sandles. Everything was (AGAIN) black, brown, pewter, or gold. And when I say spring colors, I'm not looking for pink bubblegum gators or anything else ghetto related, but a nice pretty spring color shoe. I like to shop in my own communtiy, but sometimes I just really don't think that retailers pay any attention to what really draws people like me to a place that is close to home and carries what I like. There were two people working in this large warehouse(type) store at about 5pm on a Tuesday afternoon/evening and probably 6 people shopping all togehter including me. Is this a sign of the economy being bad or a retailer not catering to its customers?
