Except then they did after I had him go back and actually look. All of this was done with zero apology and a patronizing attitude. Management should be working with employees on their bedside manner here, especially given that prices are at a higher premium than other places where a dude doesn't dismiss you at every question. Just go to the UWS location on 72nd where you'll get a much more friendly and competent staff to help you find what you're looking for.

They had literally never been taken out of the box.
