Today, we spend the day in the area for his birthday and finally came to this location. They had so many pieces we both wanted. I left with a jacket, shorts, a top and a hat. My husband left with a bag, pants and a top. I love that there were things on sale, most of my items were 25% off. I love that the staff member at the register was so nice and friendly and made sure my husband provided his info for his online acct so he can get points on his order. He was able to redeem an additional $10 off. I asked The guy at the register about a bathroom and he told me it was by the fitting rooms. When i went back there, the guy there said they are strict on bathroom usage and i told him, look my husband is currently paying right now. So he saw i was saying the truth and was kind and let me go. Their bathrooms are really clean. He didn't give me a hard time, he just looked nervous like he didn't want to get into any trouble. I will def be back to this location.

When I walked in the staff was super nice, greeting me and telling me about what's what in the store. The pointed out their new selections as well as what's on sale and what's on clearance. They let me shop as I would without bothering much more after which is great to not be hounded after an initial greeting. After finding what I needed the cashier was nice and friendly also making sure I had an account to get some reward points(which I already have because it's Carhartt duh!!!) and I was able to use reward points on my purchase in store which saved me a couple dollars. I left happy with my stuff and ended up coming here again a few days later and having the same awesome experience which made me happy. Love this place and will continue to visit and shop here

I made a quick call and the representative said that I have 6 minutes. I rushed in picked up a smaller belt and was ready to go. No time wasting tactics. I appreciate the entire staffs patience with allowing me to purchase one item for $24.99 a pretty good value for a leather belt. What resonated most with me is that, I was in dire need and Frank's employees could have shut the door and ended the sales for the day but they were kind enough to allow a small purchase of $24.99 to end the sales quota. No sales is to small to make a sale, they are a business that provides for its customers, no matter how much you spend. They are there for you, when you need them and that's why I keep coming back. They have uniforms, casual clothes, fishing and hunting gear, and sports equipment. There is not a better place to shop, I've been supporting Frank's Sports Shop since January 2003. His son is the owner. I did tell him the brand I wear and I looked at one pair. As fast as I wear out shoes the prices are way out of my range. The saleswoman was very rude, and uninterested in helping me. She made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her . When I thanked her twice thinking she didn't hear me the first time, but completely ignored me. I replied that she is not very people friendly. I wouldn't waste my money in the store. And mind you, the girdles are expensive and I was willing to pay for the merchandise. If they had a zero for ratings, they would be rated below a zero. The other two sales lady would not say anything to apologize for her shortcomings. And the one that helped me had eyelashes that only Godzilla could wear. Not a representative for your business.

In 2001, LeSportsac opened its first US main store on Madison Avenue in Manhattan (closed in 2019). That was my store! I visited frequently from the time they opened. I learned about the brand when I moved to Manhattan. Their handbags are very popular for leisure. With the casual dress when I was employed the bags with the solid colors could be worn daily. They never wear out. I can throw it in the washing machine if needed. If you purchase an item and then it goes on sale they graciously credit the difference to your credit card. I've had that experience in the past with the backpack I purchased online. Most of the bags come with a cosmetic case in the matching print of the bag. It's all about the convenient pocket placement for phone, keys and metro card. When my friend from Florida stayed with me I gave her one of my bags to use so she'd have everything at her fingertips. Firstly, its much bigger and sleeker than the DSW that was in Queens Place. So bright and spacious. Spotless and well put together. I hope as time goes on it stays that way. When you go in they have this huge machine that measures your feet to see what size and make suits you best. Everyone was looking at it but no one was trying it. I think I'll try it next time. Just wondering if you need to be barefoot to use it. If so, then I'll pass. The selection at DSW has always been amazing. Any kind of shoe products for men, women and kids. Other non-shoe items like socks, purses, accessories, beauty items, etc. I usually just go straight to the back to browse the clearance section. Not only does DSW normally have good prices for shoes, the clearance section is where its at! I got a pair of Adidas in the clearance sections that was marked as $65. The clearance price was 50% off. That's a steal! Plus, with my DSW member rewards, I had $15 off. I wound up paying $20. Can't go wrong there. The line was pretty long and they only had 2 people working the registers. That made the wait a little long. The shoes I bought were green suede/leather. They have this new machine that sprays protectant on your shoes when they're placed in there.. Keeps dirt off. Protects from water damage, etc. It costs $8.99. I hardly paid anything for my shoes so I decided to try it. Takes about a minute. The shoes are a tad damp afteward, but it dries quickly. So far they are looking good! Thank you, DSW, for reopening so close again. My wallet and feet thank you!
