Unfortunately, we experienced significant issues, including delayed orders and multiple individual orders that were incorrect or incomplete. In addition, the stores were intended to serve as fundraisers for our organizations. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter and acknowledgment from the company regarding the outstanding funds, we have still not received the fundraiser payouts owed to our nonprofits. After exhausting our efforts to work directly with the company, we have turned the matter over to our nonprofit attorneys for further action. I encourage others to do their due diligence before choosing to work with this company.

Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting.
