From the start, the curb appeal made a great first impression. Inside, the space felt cozy and intimate, perfect for a relaxed dinner. We were seated right away and handed menus. Their drink list offers a nice variety of sake and cocktails, but we opted for water and freshly brewed black sweet tea. As someone who's picky about iced tea, I was impressed -- it was flavorful, lightly sweetened, and perfectly balanced. My boyfriend started with the miso soup, which had an incredible, savory depth of flavor. For our main dishes, we ordered a Hawai roll along with two Pad Thais -- one with chicken and one with tofu. The Hawai roll was easily one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had. The tempura shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the combination of coconut flakes, mango, and coconut cream sauce made it both unique and delicious. The Pad Thai dishes were also great, though they had a bit more spice than I'm used to -- not overwhelming, but definitely noticeable. Overall, we were really impressed with Miso. The food, atmosphere, and service all hit the mark, and we'll absolutely be back!

It's a nice little carry-out operation in a Sunoco gas station sitting at Rt1 and Princess Ann St. Service was excellent and very helpful! Their menu might be small, but it's loaded with many tasty options. The guy who took our order was very helpful and friendly. He gave us great suggestions, as well as let us taste their Gochujang Buffalo sauce to get an idea of the flavors before we selected it for our wings. Their wings are HUGE! But he warned us that their latest order of wings were the size of chicken legs, which they are, so they can only fit 5 in the container instead of 6, which was perfectly fine! They're still brined and double-fried, Korean style - and we got them with their Gochujang Buffalo sauce - NICE!! I got a single patty smash burger, again another amazing dish here! The meat was so flavorful and there was a nice char on the patty and it was much bigger than the typical 3oz smash burger patty. The cheese was crazy flavorful with a long, stringy cheese pull and that coupled with the caramelized onions went great on the perfectly toasted bun! We also tried their Bulgogi Steak & Cheese - This was so flavorful with the marinated steak, which was grilled perfectly! It all came together perfectly on that tasty bun too. And their fries are crispy and piping hot to order. There were only 2 of us, but all this food was soooo much to eat, we end up taking 3 of these large wings home for lunch the next day. Keep in mind that this is a carry-out joint, but they do have a single table in the back, near the gambling machines where were able to stand and eat our food (we asked prior to doing this and they said "of course!"). One of the staff even came to check on us while we were eating and brought us more napkins. Even though it's carryout, don't think this is fried, nasty, messy food wrapped and too messy to eat... I didn't get my hands messy at all eating these wings and burger, they do a great job of packaging the food here. We'll definitely be back soon... Give them a try!

It was decent, sauce was on the side so that helped a lot from being super soggy. This was probably the only decent thing at a reasonable price. Hunan style combination was salty, the walnut shrimp was soggy as well, I guess i could have reheated this up as well since it was fried in batter. Shrimp was big and plumpy, there was no sauce that came with it on the side, only this yumyum sauce. Not sure if it was for that, if it was, very meh since the sauce is salty and not sweet. My favorite thing to get at other asian places is the Gway Tiow aka Chow Fun, but it was super soggy. The noodles were over cooked, it was also a tad salty, the lo mein was salty too, and the pad thai was meh, noodles were over cooked. I picked it up and the noodles would fall off the chopsticks and tasted mushy. It didn't have much flavor to it anyways. Kinda disappointing since of all the high ratings and the pics look tasty.

They have decent Chinese-American fare, not very authentic food, just what satisfies the masses. My two go-to dishes here are chicken & broccoli and egg fu young. One reason I enjoy dining in is they have a nicely made chili pepper oil sauce, which I put in my egg drop soup and all over whatever entrée I get. Their house hot mustard us also very good, it's great to dip the left over fried crispy noodles for the soup into. Service is always adequate, but not very friendly. When the food came out which it came out quickly, it was very hot and delicious. I love the spring roll and I thought the chicken was extremely flavorful and delicious. It was not spicy at all, even though it showed it was spicy on the menu. The fried rice was also really good. For $8.95 you cannot beat this lunch special anywhere in Fredericksburg. I also saw people ordering the sweet-and-sour chicken, the pie Thai and the dumplings as well as the kung pao chicken and those looked really good as well. I cannot recommend enough how great Asia café is the Chinese food is absolutely exquisite, and I and I wish I had a Chinese food restaurant where I live as good as this one.

Service was okay I mean they weren't entirely busy when we walked in. Ambience is a quick fast casual joint for. Bowls, poke and ramen. I decided on the gyudon beef bowl and crab rangoons. l am Skeptical about boba at places that are not boba specialized so I take my chance on a uji matcha latte no boba cause I just don't feel like being that risky. Overall...I agree with others that thr beef in the gyudon bowl a bit tough stringy to eat and very SALTY like heavy hand salt that even with rice it was overpowering. I almost needed more pickled ginger to balance it out. My egg was over medium boiled? I wish it was a jammy egg would have been fabulous. I mean it's a drier bowl of gyudon then I've had at other places since there is not sauce. The crab rangoons were okay light and crispy and cream cheese filled now if there was crab or imitation crab I have no idea no traces just red onions not even green onions. The uji matcha latte was more milk than anything else figures who is going to provide loads of uji matcha... look at the cup size and tell me. Price was all of this was about $32 with taxes. So I don't think the quality fits my price value. It fits fast casual Asian inspired food catered to a more Americanized palate. IYKYK.

They did a phenomenal job creating such a magical atmosphere--I honestly wish they could keep the decorations up all year . While waiting for our table, we grabbed seats at the bar and ordered cocktails. I had the prickly pear margarita, and she ordered a cider sour. Both were fantastic, though I wish the bar had mentioned the holiday cocktail menu earlier. I didn't learn about the festive drinks until we were seated and our server, Lindsay, walked us through the winter specials. The "Sweater Weather" cocktail sounded amazing (white tequila and coconut milk ) and is definitely something I'll be back to try. We stuck with our go-to appetizer, the goat cheese bruschetta, which was delicious as always. For entrées, we went classic brunch: the hangover burger and the shrimp and grits. My girlfriend loved her burger, and Sedona's shrimp and grits remain one of my absolute favorites--perfectly seasoned and cooked. Even though we were full, we couldn't pass up the seasonal dessert, tiramisu. It was the perfect size--just enough to share without pushing us over the edge. Lol. Another successful meal at Sedona! The service is consistently top-notch, and our server Lindsay was hands down the best--knowledgeable, attentive, and with an amazing personality. We loved her so much, we wished she could've joined us for brunch. The manager also stopped by a couple of times to check on us, which we really appreciated. If you haven't experienced Sedona yet, you are seriously missing out. And definitely ask to sit in Lindsay's section!

First, let's start off with the wait. I'm used to waiting for a table at Sedona especially on a Saturday, but today the wait was extra long. Once we sat and ordered appetizers it took over 40 minutes to get our apps. To make matters worse our nachos came out with the cheese not even melted and with barely any protein. Seeing as this was not the first time I ordered nachos I was extremely upset. To address the issue I had to leave my outside table and walk inside to the hostess to see if they could locate my server as she never came and checked on us. We didn't see her for over 50 minutes :-/ The only star of today's lunch were the Thai glazed wings. My husband ordered the land and sea and steak was overcooked. My devils pass pasta was okay, but extremely greasy. The manager did stop by to offer something for the nacho issue which we appreciated. Sedona you need to work on hiring more staff to make things run smoothly. You seem to be understaffed in the kitchen and on the floor. We left feeling extremely disappointed and will not be returning for a long time. Also forgot to add that the strawberry tres leches cake is extremely dense and flavorless. Did not enjoy and do not recommend.
