They also have signs in chinese saying to not use extra produce bags as they will charge you extra if they find you are using them for purposes outside of raw veggies. They have a $5 minimum credit card limit and I believe it is pretty strict. They did not bat an eye when I used a credit card for a purchase that was $5.01.

The store was impressive with the high quality of the Apothecary here, from ginseng roots and extracts to 50 lb bags of miscellaneous dried mushrooms to lotus flowers etc. I purchased some Korean Ginseng Tea at a very reasonable price.
