Be aware of this Food Lion in Mint Hill.
The Management team (especially Stephen) are unethical and vulgar.
They have too many violations, scams, and mistakes, and they are currently being investigated by multiple government agencies.
For example:
1.) They have the prices listed wrong either on the product or in the system.
2.) They make their own rules and have fake excuses and never admit their mistakes.
3.) They violate the corporate published policies, and they dare the customers to complaint.

5.) They are impolite, rude, and behave like a gang against the customers.
6.) They are not willing to admit or correct mistakes when the system post the wrong price or not applying a clipped digital coupon.
7.) This branch, especially one of the manager "Stephen", will be forever guilty of their behavior and actions.
8.) They even refused my request to talk to the other managers.
9.) They are so bad, that the neighbors in many subdivisions, started to expose them and their unethical behavior, and don't be surprised when the sale goes down the drain and the products will rotten, and you will lose customers.
10.) Even when you complain to Food Lion Customer Services head quarter, they send the complaint to the store manager, which in turn suppress it and never get any response back.
11.) Thank God we have better stores in the area like Publix and Harris Teeter.
12.) We will continue exposing this food lion branch and this person "Stephen" and the rest of the unethical people like him to the communities.
So, the awareness about this disgraced store will continue to be communicated to everyone in Mecklenburg County, until those bad apples are removed from the society and their criminal activities are eliminated. read more
