They cut the quarter leg in half for a $10.00 dinner.

Today I went i to the compare foods located on Arrowood Road near South Boulevard to buy a dinner from the restaurant in the back of the store. It was the most unpleasant experience. I will never shop there again. If I could give zero stars I would. The 2 ladies there , never greeted my daughter and I. They had mean angry faces which only looked even more angry when we asked questions. we order 2 chicken dinners. The girl only put 2 plantains, which are about 1 inch and a half in diameter, on the plate with the dinner. When my daughter asked for more, she really got the screw face. I asked for the roasted chicken dinner with a whole leg quarter in the pan. The girl cut the leg quarter in half saying it was 2 meats and I didn't order a 2 meat dinner. How sad and disgusting was this. Not onlynthe fact that she cut off half the chicken but their attitudes were as equally disgusting. The whole time they both had disgusting looks on their faces like we had done something to them. We didn't know them and we surely didn't do anything to them. How sad and disgraceful that this is how you treat customers.

I only go here for the Yucca. The customer service our lack there of sucks. The atmosphere is cool but unprofessional but since they have the best Yucca selection that I've seen thus far I make a quick run there and I do mean quick, and In outta there!!! They also have a good plantation selection.

Definitely a plus especially in the meat/seafood department.

Location isn't what I'd prefer. But then again, it's Freedom Dr. so can't really expect much. The customer service is very friendly. Quick, prompt, helpful. Prices are very affordable compared to other places in the area. There's also a deli department next to the meat/seafood department that offers deli meat, rotisserie chicken, and freshly made sandwiches to cater to those looking for a quick bite. I would definitely revisit.

Watch what you eat out of this store, as they have zero concern for your safety. Food is old, rotten and stale.

A bad odor is very concerning in a place that sells food. The store looks like it's had better days. However, the one employee who helped me at the register was very pleasant.

I asked for a Turkey, bacon and cheese sub. He goes to say, "oh that's extra meat". I asked, how? Then went to say that I've never been told that and I'm there often. The guy continues on with his reasonings. I was lost and confused by this time. So, I let him know that I didn't mind paying for what I wanted. That was just some new info to me. He started going about how not charging affects his bonus pay and this that and the third. I didn't ask him for any of that info. Carried out so bad, he ended up burning up the bacon. I kindly let him know he burned my bacon. He picks it up and look at it. I replied again, "it's burned, I don't want it"... Trying to be nasty and look, bacon turned out to be useless. Hopefully "he's" paying for it, smh. And I doubt that he will. I never want to encounter him ( older, black American guy) again.'Never had that problem with anyone else. Sometimes the line can be extra long or there's been a time when they were out of white bread(but the young guy, took care of that for me)... This guy was rude, too old to carry the situation out like he did. I was fresh off work, tired and all(still in uniform). I had no time for that type energy. I was trying to grab dinner and get home. That's it and that is all. I work in an executive kitchen in Uptown, we please and take care of our customers. I would do the same and give the same energy even if it was QT, Subway and any other place. I ended up purchasing the sub as well as a pack of Oscar Myers fully cooked bacon strips( again I do not mind, paying for what I want). The service and experience was horrible. He needs to stay off front line. Especially tell me, the customer... "If I don't charge, it affects my bonus. Go get who usually serves you and I'll tell them too. See, I don't mind. They must not know"... ... Pissed me off, so UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm sure the few who were behind me in line heard him also. They ended up walking away.

Parking garage is connected to The Francis apartments and the parking is on the first floor. Make sure you follow the signs and not the ones to the hotel/ apartments like I did. Shopping experience was really nice as it always is at Whole Foods. This location seemed smaller and the employees definitely do a ton of shopping for pick up orders so that could get in your way. Selection is slightly smaller but they have all the "normal" options like barista, hot bar, bakery, etc.

Items are often out of stock, and it's not always predictable what will or won't be available, which makes it hard to rely on for regular shopping. The takeaway bar can also be hit or miss--many times items are unavailable, and when they are, some of the hot bar items can be on the dry side. The cut fruit has also been inconsistent--either underripe or overripe, with very little in between. Overall, great quality when everything is stocked and fresh, but consistency (both inventory and prepared items) needs improvement.

I worked/lived in Northern Va for 15 years and would drive distances to do my grocery shopping there. BUT, this location is without a doubt THE most challenging location. For many reasons. The store lay out is like a jig saw puzzle. In no way does it follow the layout of all the other stores I've been to. The WORST part is the entry/exit and parking. Most every time I've been, there is always a near miss with someone pushing a cart with everything but groceries in the driveway entrance/exit. The most recent experience is why I finally decided to post this review as a WARNING. Beware, there are people who act as though they are trying to get hit. You can draw your own conclusions as to why but it's a fact. Yesterday, this person is approaching the entry crossing pushing a cart. I'm making a right turn off Central into the lot. We make eye contact, they stop as I inch closer into the entry way...then they STOP right in the middle of the crossing and act like they are pulling up their PANTS off the ground. There are vehicles behind me on the horn because they can't see what's going on. It's a highly dense, intense traffic location. On every side there are pedestrians, cyclers, dog walkers and people pushing carriages.

As a common Harris Teeter shopper, this location became a quick go to after moving in the area…read more Although parking May be rough, the store offers everything others do, including a Starbucks. Staff is always friendly and again a great convenience for me when I need to run and grab a few things.

I managed to get off the highway and make my way to this Circle K before it was lights out! I called roadside service and was told it would be 2 hours before they could get to me! Since I had been driving straight through, I had to use the restroom! I went inside the store and was told that they didn't have a restroom and that a QT station was 2 blocks away! I explained that my car needed service and that it was going to be 2 hours before they could get to me! After about 20 minutes, I walked back into the store and beg the clerk to use the restroom! The two clerks had a meeting on whether or not they would let me use the restroom! It seems they were more concerned about being on camera letting me use the restroom than anything! Both were leaving the decision to the other! Needless to say, they relented and let me use the restroom! I must admit the restroom was clean, labeled, well-lit, and stocked! I'm not going to lie, It was humiliating to beg to use a restroom even with a sign stating that there was one! Thank you, Circle K, for letting me relieve myself!
