I was looking for a special custom cake that no private baker could, or would, accommodate. I took a picture of the cake I found on Pinterest, they wrote down all of the customized instructions for the baker to call me the next day. She called and said she'd make the cake, and made it 2 tier, which as better than the one pictured and was $10 less than they originally quoted and more than $100 less than the private bakers I was considering. Needless to say, I was extremely happy! The cake was ready earlier than expected and looked phenomenal!! Better than the picture!! THANK YOU, Publix, for making a one of a kind cake for my best friend's 50th birthday party!! You went beyond all expectations and delivered what what promised!

Of the four locations in Lexington, this location is always stocked and properly staffed. This location is conveniently located on US-378, and they've a huge parking lot. The store is always clean and well maintained. I never have to wait in a long line, because they have self checkout counters.
