There is some of the best onion sausage available here to take home and eat a very hearty country breakfast from Four Oaks. I would have to say they specialize in all sorts of southern meats like scrapple and liver pudding. It may sound gross to all you Yankees out there but it's really quite delicious. If liver pudding is not your cup of tea you can get country ham and real thick slices of bacon, so definitely bring home the bacon. Moving away from all the meats you can find jams and jells that are from S.C farms. Next time I'm going to have to try some of their ice cream and key lime cookies. When I'm in Lexington this place is one of my favorite places to come and try foods your grandparents use to eat and put the south in your mouth for sure!

This is a very unique "country" store that has a lot of interesting items to offer. There were a number of types and cuts of fresh meat available, what appeared to be premium cheeses for selection, and vegetables as well. There were some large bins full of candy and assorted treats that you would expect at a country general store. They also had an assortment of home decor items available.

Santa was in town! I love this place and there isn't a year that goes by that we don't buy a few Christmas presents from here! Staff is very friendly and I love the hometown atmosphere and variety of the store!

Cool old time road side feel to it. Strawberries were fresh and delicious served on biscuits from their biscuit mix. I'll be back

the staff at the Aldi in Lexington on Sunset has progressively cared less and less about the way…read morethey interact with customers, but today was by far the worst I've experienced in 6 years and has made me consider doing all of my weekly shopping at another location from now on. every SINGLE one of the staff working today was complete inconsiderate to the few of us shopping. they blocked the aisles stocking not just ONE side of the aisle but both and made no effort to help us figure out how to get around them. one left a pile of boxes in the middle of the row and then walked by me completely as I struggled to move them to get my cart around them. i was cut off THREE TIMES by a staff member that ran in front of me to grab an item off the shelf, and then at the one checkout that was open, they had a pallet stacked well overhead that was blocking HALF of the entrance to the lane itself! when I told the lady at the checkout that she needs to move that so people can get around as I just knocked off gum on the other side of the shelf, she shrugged her shoulders and smirked. to see i am appalled is an understatement

It used to be good, but not any more. Several weeks in a row, I discovered multiple price mistakes…read moreresulting in overcharges. The weighing scale is also off. I bought 2 bags of cherries, each 1.4lb ~ 22.4 oz. I weighed them at home and they were actually only 18oz. I don't what happened to the management of the store.
