Went to Walmart, still plenty of time left. Security stood outside the doors, refusing entry, saying "registers are closed"- told them all I needed was a singular thing and that I'd go to self checkout, which was not closed, as many people were still inside, shopping. I'd like to say not every cashier bc hopefully there's a good employee mixed in somewhere, but after dozens on dozens of reluctant trips to this particular Walmart every employee I've ever interacted with has had the nastiest attitude even if all you're "asking" for are base level tasks. The pharmacy is the only saving grace for this location. Outside of that, this particular Walmart is comically bad. From numerous self-checkout registers not working, to poor inventory management, to employees with a "power trip" in the self-checkout line. Today I virtually left my cart with the attendant full of over $100 of groceries all because she wouldn't allow me to use the "15 items or less" register since I had about 20 items in the cart. Now mind you, this was not at all a busy time of the day. There were only two people, out of a dozen or so available registers, using them. There were 10, or so, open registers not being used. The other self-checkout registers of 15+ items were completely filled and also had a line waiting. There was absolutely no need of this employee to shunt me to the other registers. Especially when the vast majority of her registers were wide open. Very inconvenient and very disappointing from a customer convenience point of view. read more

almost every single time this Walmart gets kpop in they put it out on the shelves multiple days before it's released so when I go to buy it they take it back and they care so little they literally let anyone open them and take everything. It's ridiculous to expect elderly people to use self scan if they need to have their items checked out at a regular check stand. Walmart needs to hire enough people to work the store. Expired items are on the shelves. I will not ever shop at Walmart again and they lost about a $300 order from me today as I refused to go through self check-out with a full cart of goods. If Walmart reads this, the fruit tray was one I found on the shelves tucked back behind stuff. Some lazy person didn't bother to put it back after they decided not to buy it. So went to store at 10:15 pm on 9/13/24 looking for TV. Found what I wanted and asked store rep if I buy it can they hold time first thing in the morning and he said not it was not policy. I said if I buy online will they hold and he said yes definitely. I said TV is on clearance and he said I could still buy online. I went home and tried to find it at that store and the same TV online was $207 more. I went to store and explained situation to clerk and what was told last evening, she said cannot hold and I asked for a member of management. I sat in electronics for 35 min and clerk asked for manager 4 times on system. When manager arrived I explained that an employee last night told me something that was not true. She showed absolutely NO concern that an employee had in fact lied to me and simply and that she nor employee knows where their paycheck comes from. Walmart has gone from being a consumer driven company who likes America to a money hungry, communist run bunch of money grubbers. When I was in business we honored what employees said, now Walmart teaches them to openly lies and management will cover their back, guess they have no morals either. read more

My son took his truck for an oil change, drove home, let it cool off and then checked it to make sure it was full because he was going on a road trip. The oil was a quart low. We called the automotive department and asked to speak to the manager. He was unapologetic, acting like he didn't believe me. When I asked him if he could give my son a discount on his next oil change he told me no. Never will I take any of our vehicles there again. read more
