The store was out of almost everything, it was a mess and so crowded. As we were walking thought the store my daughter and I kept worrying if we were safe. I won't be back here. read more

Went to Walmart, still plenty of time left. Security stood outside the doors, refusing entry, saying "registers are closed"- told them all I needed was a singular thing and that I'd go to self checkout, which was not closed, as many people were still inside, shopping. Had about 15 minutes left before closing. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

The absolute worst Walmart in Lexington hands-down. I'd like to say not every cashier bc hopefully there's a good employee mixed in somewhere, but after dozens on dozens of reluctant trips to this particular Walmart every employee I've ever interacted with has had the nastiest attitude even if all you're "asking" for are base level tasks. Don't shop here. read more

The pharmacy is the only saving grace for this location. Outside of that, this particular Walmart is comically bad. From numerous self-checkout registers not working, to poor inventory management, to employees with a "power trip" in the self-checkout line. Today I virtually left my cart with the attendant full of over $100 of groceries all because she wouldn't allow me to use the "15 items or less" register since I had about 20 items in the cart. Now mind you, this was not at all a busy time of the day. There were only two people, out of a dozen or so available registers, using them. There were 10, or so, open registers not being used. The other self-checkout registers of 15+ items were completely filled and also had a line waiting. There was absolutely no need of this employee to shunt me to the other registers. Especially when the vast majority of her registers were wide open. Very inconvenient and very disappointing from a customer convenience point of view. read more

Good service, nice pharmacy. All the Legos a kid could ever need! I love this Walmart!

almost every single time this Walmart gets kpop in they put it out on the shelves multiple days before it's released so when I go to buy it they take it back and they care so little they literally let anyone open them and take everything. The customer service part of it sucks and they don't care at all read more

It became a place to visit meet a good customer service people. I am talking about the one in Clement Br road Also clean and many variety of products read more

It's ridiculous to expect elderly people to use self scan if they need to have their items checked out at a regular check stand. Walmart needs to hire enough people to work the store. Expired items are on the shelves. I will not ever shop at Walmart again and they lost about a $300 order from me today as I refused to go through self check-out with a full cart of goods. If Walmart reads this, the fruit tray was one I found on the shelves tucked back behind stuff. Some lazy person didn't bother to put it back after they decided not to buy it. Your staff member was rude to me after I was upset that no one was working a regular check out line. I'm done with Walmart as the rest of my adult family is. read more

Bought two tires told me it be ready Dec 17,2021 after 3pm. Well it's Dec 18th still waiting on the damn tires. Why do we put up with there stuff. It's crazy. Sam rolling over in his grave. Wal mart needs to be knock back down. There too big for the pants it seems. read more

This is hands down the worst grocery pickup I've ever used, hands down a no brainer, the workers are snails, they average about 1 dispensed order every 10-20 mins, idk if it leadership or the people just don't care I will never order things here again, currently been here over an hour with no end in sight read more

So went to store at 10:15 pm on 9/13/24 looking for TV. Found what I wanted and asked store rep if I buy it can they hold time first thing in the morning and he said not it was not policy. I said if I buy online will they hold and he said yes definitely. I said TV is on clearance and he said I could still buy online. I went home and tried to find it at that store and the same TV online was $207 more. I went to store and explained situation to clerk and what was told last evening, she said cannot hold and I asked for a member of management. I sat in electronics for 35 min and clerk asked for manager 4 times on system. When manager arrived I explained that an employee last night told me something that was not true. She showed absolutely NO concern that an employee had in fact lied to me and simply and that she nor employee knows where their paycheck comes from. Walmart has gone from being a consumer driven company who likes America to a money hungry, communist run bunch of money grubbers. When I was in business we honored what employees said, now Walmart teaches them to openly lies and management will cover their back, guess they have no morals either. read more

One of the worst Walmart i have ever been. Nothing in stock. Customer service is bad. Seems not to care about shoppers

Today I went in there to grab a few things for dinner. I MEDICALLY CAN NOT WEAR A MASK! And telling the people at the front door that I can not wear one they continued to harass me and threaten to kick me out of the store. UNBELIEVABLE! read more

I would give them a 0 star if I could. I waited an hour and a half when i was supposed to be next for my oil change and they still didn't even have my truck pulled in yet. Normal shopping is fine but the tire and lube is the biggest joke full of idiots i have ever seen. They should just shut it down they'd make more money that way read more

Paint: If you are need of paint for your home. Go anywhere but Walmart. You can't find anyone to mix your paint.

I HATE THIS WAL-MART. It's only saving grace from one star is the grocery pickup. Then, I don't have to set foot inside this god forsaken place. The cashiers are rude, the people who answer the phone are rude, the oil change place is a joke because you have to wait HOURS for a simple oil change and then you wait in line for a ridiculously long time to pay and pick up your car. It seems like the workers hate their job. read more

I am so sad to this WalMart going downhill SO QUICKLY! The employees that I have encountered are very rude, ill equipped to answer any kind of questions and act as though they shouldn't be bothered to help anyone. The people who are shopping are getting more and more rude and disrespectful as well. They ONLY saving grace is the grocery pickup. Although, I have had much longer wait times recently. read more

Walmart in general is a terrible place to shop. They have the rudest sales people ever and you cannot communicate with them by phone. It is time to used another store. I hope you can change the way you do business or go out of business!!!!!! read more

My son took his truck for an oil change, drove home, let it cool off and then checked it to make sure it was full because he was going on a road trip. The oil was a quart low. We called the automotive department and asked to speak to the manager. He was unapologetic, acting like he didn't believe me. When I asked him if he could give my son a discount on his next oil change he told me no. Never will I take any of our vehicles there again. read more

Never enough cashiers to check out customers & lines just get longer! Rarely able to find associate to help if need something. Needed help with watch battery & was told someone would be there to help ~ no one ever showed up! If I could give zero stars I would ~ only *perk* is open 24 hrs read more
