Artists, vendors, craftsman, clothing designers & antique dealers sell their wares here. You can find anything from furniture to children's books to Ugly dolls (cheaper than prices elsewhere) to a pink floral traveling coffee cup to jewelry to dresses to children's costumes to barbeque sauce to stationery to kitchen utensils. You can easily spend an hour wandering around. Ginormous space. J found his name in pewter for $35. I saw an impressive walnut bed frame & headboard with carvings for $2300.
The food section is on the other side of the Cupside Cafe and one can find locally made jams, spices, honey and locally farmed meats (from the owner's farm). In the freezer section, there are several kinds of biscuits. There are also cookies from Mt. Pleasant's famous Olde Colony Bakery, though I have to admit I am not a fan of the famous Benne wafer - too dry & tasteless to me. The ginger cookies were fine though tasted a little burned. Per owner Debbie, the cookies have a shelf life of at least 6 months, though there are no obvious preservatives listed on the packaging and no expiration date. Lesson learned: if no manufacturing date or no expiration date or consume by date, then don't buy the packaged cookies.
Two bathrooms in the rear - both clean.
