While we were waiting we talked with Giovanna about sparkling waters that we each liked and she went out to her car and got a La Croix Lemon Cello drink to try while we were waiting for our food. (She normally doesn't do this but it pertained to our conversation and was a gracious gesture). The food came out quickly and was presented beautifully. The buttery soft bun filled with well seasoned salmon fillet, butter lettuce, tomato, some kind of aioli and turkey bacon. You can choose pork bacon if that's your preference. Teeshia was friendly and gave prompt service. She said she's a vegan and her two fave items are the salmon club and mushroom prime rib. I'll def be back to try some of the other vegan items. They also serve ice cream sundaes and shakes. The decors is cute and there are a few tables if you want to dine in.
