The staff go up and beyond ensuring everything is clean and sanitary for everyone. They also all are wearing sanitary personal hygiene products including gloves, masks, and protective clothing. Next, the dental hygienist Phoug did my deep cleaning procedure and was extremely thorough. I personally know other people who are patients here who have cancelled same day and have not been charged a fee. I've been a patient for a few years now and hoped I would receive some courtesy. I called to ask for the fee to be waived since it was my first time ever having to cancel. Nope. "Policy". They would make more money if they kept me as a patient versus trying to make $150.
