I was warmly greeted by multiple employees, and a nice lady was very patient with me and all of my questions. My wife came by this store a couple weeks back and bought some pots for our cute new family members, but she forgot the saucers for them. I came in today with the intent of buying the saucers and maybe getting a new plant. This place looks great. They have tons of good looking plants, herbs, and shrubs. But with all the feel good green vibes and pretty scenery it was strange how the customer service was so eh. Now, no one was a straight up jerk, but there was something missing. I thought maybe it was just me so I asked my wife after I got home and she had the same experience. She didn't say anything to me about it before. Anyhow, they have an assortment of plants, pots, saucers and supplies. Prices are not cheap compared to other locations I've visited around town. There are people there to ask questions to and check you out, but I found staff at competitors a bit more willing to talk and answer in sentences rather than one word replies.

I will absolutely be back for more plants (and I love the Alocasia and lipstick plants I took home with me today - both were perfectly priced for their size and clearly thriving).

However, Ace Hardwares amazing Florist has closed its doors and my husband decided to try Southern Grace again due to their proximity to our house. While Ace hardware had FREE delivery within so many miles, Southern Grace is much closer to us and there was a $15 delivery fee. I do hope they will consider adjusting delivery fees based on location of delivery. The flowers my husband had sent to me were absolutely beautiful. We have to be very careful due to us having cats and he made sure to mention no lilies. The flowers were beautiful the day they were delivered as well as 4 days later they still look fabulous. I am not sure what he paid for them to determine value, but I do know that the $15 delivery fee was a bit excessive for a 2.5 mile delivery. I do hope they learn from the bad reviews and throw out or donate flowers that are borderline, rather than put them in bouquets people pay top dollar for.
