I went back after I picked up my order and they said have a good day. No how can we fix it, nothing. the thing is ... there are so many florists that do make it right. I don't need to patronize businesses that won't make it right. I have 3 grandsons, that's was my middle grand. There are so many opportunities for people to do the right thing. I hope people read this and strongly consider the fact I wasn't asking for a refund, only to review the fact that the order didn't match the prom attire. matter of fact, thank you for not getting it right. This gave me the opportunity for other possible customers to consider not patronizing this business either.

I always note care instructions as I want them to remain vibrant for days to fully enjoy. I was sad to see they didn't come with plant food, but still changed the water daily and cut stems to try to preserve them. Sadly, I don't think he'd order from here again as they barely lasted four days (included photos). It could have been a bad batch, but for the price point I'd expect to have them last 5+ days like other florists.
