I love Brazilian BBQ and I must say that for me Fogo de Chao is the best :) We have been here 3 times since December and each visit has been an equally outstanding experience. From the friendly service & classically decorated dining room to the delicious food. Everything is 5-Stars!! On the most recent visit we were celebrating my Sons Birthday. We both had the Churrasco Experience which includes all you can eat from the Market Bar and a continuous selection of over 12 fire roasted meats brought to your table. As tempting as it is don't fill up on the Market Bar because one easily could and be happy. TIP: Join the rewards program for great discounts. This time we had half-off one meal & a free desert! The also have a great cocktail bar with a large selection of Brazilian cocktails. I had a Strawberry Hibiscus Caipirinha and my Son ordered a glass of very good Chardonnay from the solid wine list. Mine was so good I had to have a couple LOL After eating soooo much food, special shout out to the pork belly w/ honey drizzle & the lamb chops, We were confronted with the choice of any desert from the menu. I strongly recommend the Cheesecake Brulee which one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had! There is valet parking at the door and free validated parking in the structure next door. Made reservations and arrived to eat today. We were seated immediately and maybe took 5 minutes before a server asked us what experience we would like. We were seated in the middle of a crowd. The drinks and bread arrived on time and eventually we started to eat while the meat servers were making their rounds. At 30 minutes in, our server just disappeared. She constantly looks around the tables, but never ever comes nearby our table. My wife and I ordered drinks but no refill, no asking for a refill, or even and attempt. We've been sitting at our table for the last 30 minutes and our glasses are empty. Still no attempt to actually provide service. Actually all the servers and manager have made no attempt nor even look around. Food is good as I've been to this location in El Segundo before, but this service is just ridiculous. I assumed top class food at a top class restaurant meant top class service no? We are still seated and still looking around dumbfounded to find out when we will be getting our drinks refilled. Theres no attention to detail here. As higher end restaurant the standards here is a fail. This is probably if not the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. At least the term applies to somewhere else where people say you get what you pay for. This is just bad. Please stay away. I regret coming here. Horrible experience, I love Fogo De Chao, but I have only had the OC location at the Irvine spectrum. We came to this location to celebrate Father's Day and my 30th birthday only because it was closer for my family and I wanted to share the experience. We had a reservation for 8:45pm knowing it was a little late but when we arrived at 8:44pm, The Host said our table wasn't ready. Which was fine so we went to the bar and had a few drinks with Albert as our bartender. He was great! He told me to tell our server it was my birthday. The horrible experience started when I asked our host at 9:00 when our table will be ready after seeing a few families get seated and her response was "I don't even know" and seemed annoyed. 7min later we finally get a notification that our table was ready. We sat for another 10min with no one coming to check on us and finally a young lady with a septum ring who didn't give us her name saw us just sitting there and asked for our drinks. I felt bad for my family so I ordered everyone's drinks and then just told them we will do the experience, I also mentioned it was my birthday and it felt like she ignored me after we ordered. She said okay and just left. After 5min I asked her if we can start getting salad bar or something and she gave us some attitude like my family who has never been here before should know what to do. She left to get my bill for the drinks and nearly forgot to give us the stoppers and I had to explain everything to my family on how it worked sinse she just walked away. The food was good, but we needed water and no one came to us while we were eating. I had to ask different servers for water and for napkins and if more meat was coming, because they slowed since we were nearing closing and no one was checking on us. My family loved the rice, but they ran out and every server I asked said they were making more. Since everyone seemed dismissive, I asked one of the chefs and they told me they were not making anymore. Understandably, but out of the 3 servers I asked, no one came to update me. At 11 the young lady finally came to us and asked if we wanted water, we said yes and she only filled 2 out of 5 glasses leaving my father, my mother and I without water. I had enough and after she left I got up and got a water jug myself and refilled my cup and my family's TWICE. I knew the young lady forgot it was my birthday because when one of the servers with the meat came by, they mentioned they were closing the kitchen. My family mention to them again and a DIFFERENT server came by after and gave me a dessert menu. They dessert was good too, but they brought it and just put it on the table and left. Our bill came and the young lady came by and we were handing her the bill but she said she was only there to collect my drink bill, which sat there the whole meal. She sent another server to get the food bill. Overall the food was good, Albert was cool, but everything else was not worth the 80 dollars a person, 100 if including the drink. Neither my father or I felt like we were appropriately celebrated, better off going to Denny's if you want to celebrate something. Very disappointed. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Don't bother making a reservation--they don't seem to honor them. For example if your reservation was for 6:00 PM, and you arrived at 5:55 PM. A party walked in around 5:50 PM without a reservation and they will be seated before you. Instead of holding tables for guests with reservations, they appeared to seat whoever they could first. Despite having a reservation, we waited an entire hour to be seated. Meanwhile, some tables were occupied for nearly three hours while more than 50 people waited, many of whom also had reservations. The service overall was very disappointing. The restroom was out of paper towels, and the salad bar had no plates available. My husband's food came out extremely late, everyone had eaten already so we sent it back. I shared my sea bass with him, it was the only thing that we order that actually had flavor. I think they forgot to season the meats and Lobster Mac, we ordered a total of 4 Lobster Mac's & we added salt and pepper to all of them. The only bright spot was the bar staff. Even though they were extremely busy, they remained friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We ended up ordering drinks and appetizers at the bar while waiting, and they provided the best service of the night. Went to Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse this past Saturday with my brother and his girlfriend (my lil sis ) before heading to the movies, and overall we had such a great experience! They both absolutely LOVED it, and I was so happy we chose this spot for dinner. The food was amazing -- hot, fresh, flavorful, and constantly coming around. We did the $78 all-you-can-eat meat experience, and the servers wasted NO time bringing different selections to our table. There were always staff members nearby checking in on us and making sure we were taken care of, which made the experience feel very attentive and welcoming. Customer service overall was exceptional. We also had reservations and thankfully didn't have to wait long at all to get seated. We were sat outside with the heat lamps, and honestly they felt AMAZING. We barely even noticed the cold breeze because the outdoor seating setup was so comfortable. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were a couple inconsistencies with the drinks from the bar. My brother accidentally received the wrong cocktail at first (he ordered the Caramelized drink but was given a Sunrise instead), and the strawberry hibiscus alcoholic drinks that me and my lil sis ordered tasted noticeably different from each other during our second round. Hers tasted really good while mine tasted a little... perfumery? lol Of course different bartenders make drinks differently, but I just wish there was a bit more consistency there. I have not been in this location in awhile. 2026 review. Went here for a work function. We all opted in to get the all you can eat meat and salad bar, $78 per person. No complaints on the food. The meats served were absolutely delicious! The meats were all so very good. Chicken, lamb, cow, and pig did not dissapoint! It all really comes down how much a person can really eat. The salad bar was absolutely fulfilling. After I got tired of the meats I went to the salad bar. Salad bar was great. Great salad servings with fish, salmon, figs, eggplants etc. You cant go wrong either way. Only one complaint. Bathrooms were dirty. They can use some help on that department. It did not feel clean. I have been at Fogo in several locations in La, Southern California and even in Miami... but never been a a special gathering as this, we were six in a table and included a fix menu of three courses. It was hosted by Woodford Reserve that offered several shoots and one cocktail from the brand. There was music since we arrived to the saloon where the event was hosted inside the Restaurant. Marco and Griselda the Fogo's hosts where awesome and we genuinely enjoy the whole event... the menu was part of the extensive offer from Fogo, excellent meat in a lovely ambiance. Came here for lunch to celebrate Dad's birthday. Only Dad added a meat option and had Picanha. The 3 of us got the all you can eat Market Table. Parking is a little walk to the front of the restaurant, we should have dropped Dad off at the front but he insisted on walking. I walked ahead to put our name in for a table, they said we had to wait until the whole party was there. We were greeted by a friendly host and I informed her we were celebrating a birthday. We were seated fairly quickly and our server came by to pour water. There was an insect floating in my water, so she removed all the glasses and brought us new ones. The Market Table had plenty of choices of salads, fruits, cheeses, charcuterie, veggies, soup and feijoada. Everything was delicious! What happened to my third favorite restaurant on earth? Look at all my reviews. I'm the furthest thing from bougie, needy, or demanding. Two stars because the happy hour menu "looked" pretty good, only got to try one thing. -3 stars because there is no reason why, on a Wednesday, when we're the only 2 people at the bar and there are 2 bartenders and what looked like a manager walking by us, staring at us for 30 minutes while our glasses have been empty and waiting to order food. One of the bartenders finally came by and noticed saying, "I'll be right back to take your order." Once again a round of applause for the Brazilian steak house with the cute waiters . My family and I went for Father's Day and of course it was busy, but that was expected. We had reservations and they sat us pretty quickly. The place was loud but the ambience was nice. Our waiter was Andres, who was pretty good lookin'. He was very courteous, he worked hard to accommodate us and even though my family had him working, he made sure to shine during the entire dinner service. My husband had the meat service that came to the table and I had the Salmon. Both meals were superb . Rib eye, filet mignon, lamb, skirt steak, it was all so effin' delicious. But the most important item I wanted, believe it or not was the Pao De Quiejo OMG! This warm cheesy bread is to die for. I apologize for not having more photos but they took a long time to come out and when they did the entire table ravished them. Tried Fogo de Chao for the first time today. I drive by it all the time and my cousin went a few days ago and raved about it. Came with my hubby and we were blessed to get Marily. This was our first visit, and unfortunately it wasn't the experience we were hoping for. As first-time guests, we weren't familiar with the serving process. When one of the gauchos(Edorico) came to our table, we didn't realize we were supposed to hold the tongs while he sliced the meat. Instead of explaining it, he snapped at us, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The food itself was also disappointing. The fraldinha was extremely salty, and the chicken was plain and tough. After that initial interaction, the same gaucho never came back to our table. We asked our server if we could get more fraldinha(hHopi II eould less salty), but it still took quite a while. At one point, the gaucho even saw me waving to him, but our table was overlooked. The salad bar was good and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but attentive service is a big part of the churrascaria experience. Came here on a Friday night around 8:00 and got sat within 15 minutes! It was packed so it was nice to not wait too long. The server was great, super friendly and constantly checking in on us. I didn't mind it too much, but throughout the meal I kept getting hit with the smell of a wet cloth as servers were constantly going to the stand near us. It definitely took a while to receive any meat--it seemed like they wanted us to fill up on the sides first. I would say it took at least 15 minutes. After the sides came out, we asked for meat since they kept skipping. At one point I was served something I learned that day was called "blue," meaning it wasn't fully cooked. The outside is quickly seared for just a few seconds per side. It was definitely an experience. The server was very persistent about encouraging me to try it, insisting I would like it, but after the first bite I immediately knew it wasn't my cup of tea. Food: Brazilian churrasco was great today! We stuck with Single Churrasco Cuts this visit which will fill you up. Piranha and Fraldinha for beef and I would say the Fraldinha meats made it around more frequently. We also had a dry-aged Tomahawk Ribeye for the table which had a great fat content and delicious seasoned crust to the steak. The Full Churrasco is the way to go if you are hungry so you can get the parade of different meats. The Market Bar and Feijoada bar was full of different food items and was super satisfying. 4.5 stars (rounding up on a good day) This Fogo de Chão location is playing a slightly higher league than the rest of the chain--and you can taste it. The filet mignon was absurdly tender, the kind that barely requires a knife and still delivers real flavor (not always a given with filet). But the real standout? The beef ribs--rich, deeply seasoned, and unapologetically indulgent in the best way. Each pass from the gauchos felt like a highlight reel instead of filler. Even the "supporting cast" overdelivered. The pão de queijo came out warm and airy with that addictive chew, the fried bananas had a perfect caramelized edge without tipping into dessert territory, and the polenta was actually craveable--crispy outside, creamy center, not an afterthought. Brazilian lemonade was too foamy for my taste. Service was warm but a touch out of sync. We had to flag down our favorite cuts more than once, which slightly interrupts the whole effortless churrasco flow. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable when everything else is dialed in. Came with my GF to celebrate our Anniversary, so we made RSVP to visit during their Lunch Time. We were seated very promptly upon arrival and ordered the Full Churrasco Menu. Aside from our Drinks getting to us fairly quickly, it took quite sometime for the Meats to be brought to us. Minor mishap I guess, cause after 10 minutes of waiting for them to come around to our Table. They started coming by every couple mins. The Picanha was amazing, but the Pork Belly and Fried Cheese were our favorite dishes. We requested more of that to be brought out.. but those requests were ignored. Even asked for a refill of Cheese Bread and that never showed up. Ordered their Lobster Tail, which was well made and a refreshing change of taste compared to having consistently being brought Beef. They never came around with the Roasted Chicken either, so that was a bit disappointing. This Fogo de Chão location is visible from Rosecrans Ave. There is valet parking with varying prices in front or a self-parking garage with 90 minutes free. The best bang for your buck is the Churrasco Experience! It's all you can eat (AYCE)! Included in the price are the meats, Market Table, & sides. Items that are included that you can request are the cheese with honey and grilled pineapple with brown sugar. Both are so good! When we come on Sundays for the Brunch, there's also an Omelet Station. TIP: If you have a Sam's Club or Costco Membership, you can buy a $100 eGift Card for $79.98 (Sam's Club) or $79.99 (Costco). Must buy online and you will get an email with the eGift Card numbers. Be sure to join Fogo Rewards if you plan on dining a few times a year. It is worth it! You get to choose which reward you want from three options. The Gaucho Chefs carve the meat so fast I have a hard time taking pictures and then later trying to remember what I was eating! There are discs on the table. One side is red, the other is green. Flip the disc to green if you want more meat and red if you don't. On our latest visit on Oct. 26, 2025, I requested the hot sides (Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Caramelized Plantains & Crispy Polenta, and Pão de Queijo) to be brought out after we had made a trip to the market table and acquired some meat but they brought them all out right away. I dislike them getting cold on the table while we are away. Anyways... The Churrasco Experience includes a nice variety of meats. My favorite is the Lamb. We both love the Picanha (top sirloin), Bone-in Ribeye, Fraldinha (bottom sirloin), Filet, & Medalhes com Bacon. The favorite is the Bone-in Ribeye. If there are certain cuts of meats you want but the aren't making it to your table, you can ask the staff. You can also request Med. Rare if that's how you like it. Most of the meats that came to our table during our latest visit were Well Done and we don't like meat cooked that much!! One of my kids received a digital deal for Fogo so we decided to go there for a birthday celebration. It was a wonderful choice. For roughly $50 each, we were able to enjoy a wide selection of meats and a nice variety of salad bar items. Nothing in the salad bar rocked my world but there wasn't anything I disliked. The special did exclude a few choice meat selections but with the choices that did come around, we didn't notice their omission. The majority of the meat was oh so tender. There were 2 beef selections that were on the dry side but not too bad. The only item that I raised my eyebrows at was the bacon wrapped chicken. It was dry. Sahara Desert dry. But you can't win them all right? Overall, A-1. Sorry I can't name all the meat selections but the restaurant is on the noisy side so it was hard to hear the servers as they brought each item out. The service was top notch. So much better than the Brazilian place I went to in Gardena. Everyone here was so pleasant and helpful. Just made it a great evening. They also brought out a complementary chocolate lava cake for the birthday girl. Parking is plentiful in the multi level structure. You'll enter the office building lobby and walk about 50 yards to the restaurant entrance. I did notice that they charge $12 for valet service so be forewarned. I've come to this location quite a few times with my boyfriend. I prefer this location because there is ample free parking nearby. Unfortunately this time wasn't as good as this location usually is. We were in the same section as a LARGE birthday party and I think our waitress was overwhelmed because she barely came around to us. Additionally, we didn't get as much of a selection of meats as we usually do. We were passed up by a couple of the meat guys and I think it was because they were caught up with the big party. Eh. I am very split for my review. Came here for my husband's birthday. We were seated promptly and service was great. The hiccups were when we first got seated I believe the rush was starting and they were in the middle of switching servers so we were sitting for about 10 minutes before a server came over and helped us out. He was really nice and it was obvious that he was trying his hardest to catch up after having 5 parties sat at once. Overall the food was meh. There is a buffet of sides that you can choose from and a bunch of different meats. I don't know if I would come back- there wasn't anything that stuck out to me as amazing. The experience was great don't get me wrong, all of the meats coming out and slicing at the table- what a show! I just really wasn't a huge fan. The place was super clean and the market bar was always stocked despite the fact that the place was packed. My daughter, who is 4, never had steak and she was in heaven. Her favorite is the pichana. It was my 7th anniversary so my husband made reservations for us. He has been here once before but this was my first time and my last time. Let me start off by saying I'm not a meat eater like that. The ambience was romantic and our waiter Pamela was great she explained the menu and how it works because I looked overwhelmed and unsure. My husband chose the same thing for me which was all the meats plus salad bar. The salad bar has many options but when I saw a fly on the cheese I was grossed out. I did tell someone that was stocking the salad bar there was a fly she said, "oh no", and took the piece of cheese but the fly was on everything. I didn't go back for anymore. I really wanted chicken and I asked our waiter for chicken and she came back 20 mins to ask if the chicken came around and I told her no. When I did get the two options of chicken they were delicious. Fall off the bone good. They also gave us garlic mashed potatoes as a side and with also caramelized bananas, and crispy plantains. We took our strictly carnivore son to Fogo de Chao to celebrate his Birthday. The restaurant is located in a business park in El Segundo, and offers options of valet parking ($12) or self parking (structure located on the right side of the restaurant, first 90 min free). Inside is quite spacious with seating for 150+ people. Besides the regular tables, there are also bar, private party rooms, and outside seating. Since we have already made our reservation online, the host guided us to our table right away. The ambience was quite festive with balloons, cakes and echoing Happy Birthday singings, as many of the patrons had the same idea of celebrating their loved ones' special days here. We opted for AYCE Brunch which included salad bar with a good selection of fruits, vegetables, cold cuts, and some desserts. The servers with skewers of meats started to come to our table as soon as we flipped the card to green (which meant "yes, we want meat"). Garlic steak, fillet mignon, lamb chop, chicken, ribs, sirloins and more kept coming. But the star of the show was Picanha (rump cover), its tender and buttery meat coated with savory coarse salt was a marriage made in heaven. The attentive servers kept the meats coming and even asked if we wanted to repeat some of them. But after one hour, we were pretty much done. We closed our lunch with their famous Crème Brule Cheesecake. All I can say is wow. The blending of the sweetness from the smoothly rich cake and sugar crust with the tartness from jam sauce created an incredibly contrasting taste. And to wrap everything together, there was the pleasant and crunchy crust on the bottom. Worst Fogo de Chão in LA County. We've been to 3 fogo de chão in LA County and 1 in San Diego for happy hour/bar menu and all of the offered mashed potatoes and plantains as complimentary, except this location. When we legitimately asked why this location would not offer that the server rudely said "we're not Pasadena or Santa Monica". Our filet mignon with chimichurri had to be sent back because it was served well done, even though we ordered it medium rare. Although I had a bad experience at this location I must say that the grilled chicken sliders and the crème blue cheesecake were delicious. read more

Came here for my birthday dinner I'm 27 today and I can take accountability my party was cut short and fewer than what was reserved showed up however having me wait 30 minutes and not ask oh are there some adjustments we can make to your party's to get you seated nothing then when I ask to adjust my reservation because we've lost a few people the hostess had an extremely nasty attitude and then proceeded to sit us in an area that smelled wildly like urine and when I told the manager he acted like he didn't smell it when my entire party smelled it and you can smell it it as soon as you walk towards the back half of the restaurant. I was moved to another table and again had to wait until a server heard me over talking to my table that no one had even asked if we wanted WATER. Overall experience 2/10 they get a 2 cause the food is amazing when finally got some but this experience when I frequent this restaurant was absolutely terrible and unacceptable! One of the worst experience I've had in a long time. Came for a graduation celebration. Which in hindsight was a bad idea, because it was super busy. -reservation at 8:00 pm on a wed night. Didn't get seated until 9:20 pm. - They ran out of corona and medelo negra beer bottles. -AYCE 78 per person. When meats took forever to arrive. Pretty much full from salad bar. -receptionist was overwhelmed when asked about our reservation -lack of servers. As they missed/messed up our drinks. 2 stars instead of one. Because they did "try" with the overwhelming amount of people they had to deal with. Probably wont come back for a long time and definitely dont recommend for large events. read more

This review goes towards service at Fogo De Chaño. The only time we got service was the time we sat down by the host. After that one time nobody came to check on us. Asked if we needed water,drinks, or anything. There was no waiter or waitress being attentive. From the time we got there it was not busy at all. Sitting right next to the cashier where they would come all the time and not once ask if we needed any service. The one waitress we ask for drinks had an attitude upon asking. Gone up in price and down in quality. $78 for dinner all you can eat. they said they ran out of the more premium meats (beef ribs) at the price range. I had to ask 4x if the rib eye was going to come around. And when it did, whatever that meat was was not ribeye. It's a Friday night, how do you not have the meats you advertise you have. Not very consistent seasoning either. Either too salty or none at all. I don't know, I like coming to Fogo but they have to stop being so cheap. read more

Came here for lunch on New Year's Eve with my wife. I will break down this review into four parts as there is a lot to discuss. Atmosphere - We were seated at one of the tables in the middle of the room. I felt cramped since the tables were bunched close together and the restaurant was packed with people. I also smelled an unpleasant fishy odor in the air when I sat down. Luckily, I stopped paying attention to it after a few minutes. Service - The service here is inconsistent. On the one hand, the servers who assisted us were very personable and helpful. We were checked up on regularly and drinks were refilled. On the other hand, the gauchos did not come around to our table enough. We were sitting for 15-20 minutes at a time waiting for someone to come around to serve us meat. I had a similar experience at the Beverly Hills location. It's surprising to me that this is the case since this restaurant employs plenty of staff. The biggest disappointment came when my wife asked a server if they had the queijo assado. The server said yes, and would have someone bring it right out. About 15 minutes later, my wife asked about it again to the same server. The server said she'll check on that. A few minutes later, someone did bring some out, but they were given away to other customers. We didn't get this item until after we ordered and were waiting for our dessert about 10 minutes later. Food - We ordered the Indulgent Churrasco which includes everything on the Full Churrasco list and adds a dessert and a premium dish. For the premium dish, I ordered the lobster tail while my wife ordered the jumbo crab cake. Full transparency. My review of the food here is based on the meats and not the salad bar and desserts. Because let's be honest, most people come here for the meats. On the whole, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. While I enjoyed the picanha and sausages very much, I didn't like pretty much everything else I tasted. The sirloin was overcooked, the lobster tail was undercooked, and the jumbo crab cake was dry and lacked flavor (it could have used a sauce to enhance the flavor of the crab meat). Parking - Parking is easy at this location. You have two options. You can pay $12 for valet service up front like we did or you can park in the parking structure behind the restaurant. Final thoughts - I've now been to two Fogo de Chao locations. Personally, I'm not a fan of the food. My wife, on the other hand, really likes Fogo de Chao (primarily for the plantains and cheeses). She's been to three locations. But even she was disappointed with her experience at this restaurant the other day. She said that her recent experience at the Downtown location was better. read more
