Food is always on point. I've hosted company events here and have consistently frequented this place, which is why I'm not going to be too harsh. Went in for lunch and everything started off fine. Someone at our table asked for the bar menu, and although we weren't planning on having a long lunch, we ultimately all decided to go with the churrasco and didn't order anything from the bar menu. The meat servers were on point. They came by quickly and constantly, which is always appreciated at this type of establishment. After a while, though, our waitress stopped checking on the table. We eventually had to ask one of the meat servers to grab her so we could get drink refills. No big deal, things happen, and she came over quickly once we asked. What rubbed me the wrong way was another male server nearby who came over looking visibly annoyed and asked if we needed our server. I told him she had already taken care of us, and he just walked away without saying a word. I'd suggest approaching a table with a little better customer service, especially when the guests are simply trying to enjoy their meal. There was really no reason to bring a poor attitude over to our table. We still tipped 20% because the meat servers worked hard and I didn't want them taking a hit for the overall service. Unfortunately, our waitress didn't seem too concerned either. No thank you or acknowledgment at the end, just dropped off the check and bounced. Came to check out their happy hour deals. Towards the beginning our waiter was very attentive and made recommendations. We ordered several items to try different things. The meats were seasoned well and delicious. The drinks were also good and very strong! Towards the end of our time, our original waiter shift ended and our new waitress checked on us once for more drinks but after that, it took an hour for anyone to come by and give us the check. We had to go back for their happy hour menu. Restaurant ambiance is wonderful as always. We sat at a table in front of the bar. The customer service from the bar was a little dry. I'm used to a warmer greeting and feeling more welcomed when my server comes to the table. He was also a little slow. We had to ask for the cheese bread. When he brought it out it had definitely been sitting because it was hard. The rest of the food however was delicious and the prices on their happy hour menu are great!! We had the burger for $10.00. The quality of the meat on that burger for $10.00 is unheard of. The burger was tender, juicy with the perfect blend of seasonings. Those purple onions were sooo good. The portion size is large. The up charge for their fries are worth it. They were crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. They give a lot of fries as well. We also tried the empanadas. I will say the empanadas were dry and the filling was not flavorful. I would not order them again. The beef on those braised beef short rib sliders were so tender!!! I do think the meat was a little salty but still good. The brioche bun was soft without being chewy or falling apart. Overall a good experience but I just want to see a little more consistency. Brisket sliders...good! Drinks were on point. You cannot beat a $10 cocktail! I tried the Cucumber Mint Smash, so refreshing and tastes like summertime in a glass. Service from Jose (and everyone) was spectacular. He made great recommendations too. Star of the show were definitely those complementary CHEESE PUFF ROLLS (not the official name!) I've been going for lunch to Fogo, not for the buffet but their lunch menu. You get their classic cheese puffs complimentary and may ask for more! The burger is a nice thick patty with standard fixings: red onion, lettuce, tomato. The ingredients are fresh as the lettuce is crisp and the tomato does not bleed. Them red onions are so sweet they make you want to cry and think of Stanley Yelnats, mmm. Had an awesome lunch at Fogo! Let me start with my favorite which was the sugar bacon! Wow!! 5 out of 5!!! Crispy and so flavorful. My second favorite was the honey cheese!! I had never tried honey on top of cheese. The cheese balls that they give you as an entry are fantastic too! The salad bar even had dragon fruit that was so fresh and good. For 56 dollars a person you get meat and a full salad bar with rice and beans. Our waitress Tatiana was super nice and helpful with our big table of 8. To my surprise they didn't include the tip so we made sure to take care of her. Restaurant is nice and clean and they kept the salad bar full. It was lunch hour so it got busy. The very first time I tried Fogo de Chao was in Irvine, CA almost 7 years ago. But my last two visits took place in the El Segundo location for the churrasco experience with my family and a solo dining experience for a Sunday lunch (all day happy hour menu). The churrasco experience was highly enjoyable. Access to the buffet - abundant with a variety of options for side veggies, salads, vinaigrettes, fruit and more! And of course, the signature cuts of meat. I don't remember every single meat we had. But I do remember indulging in the sausage, lamb, sirloin cut, garlic steak, bacon-wrapped chicken, and the picanha. My parents particularly enjoyed the lamb and the parmesan crusted pork. The crispy polenta, plantains, and pão de queijo were excellent additions as well - really made a well-balanced dinner. I only had a few of the cheese bread balls, but the rest of my family must have easily cleared 3 baskets. Service was wonderful. My family and I enjoyed our meat at different paces, but even with some our cards with the red 'stop, take a break' side facing up - we never felt like there was any shortage of meat carving and/or customer service. Our servers were lovely and occasionally checked in to make sure we were enjoying our whole meal. They were even kind enough to ask of any special occasions prior to entering our desserts of choice into the POS system. But since I was at the Huntington Beach location just a week prior, here's a bit of comparison: - This location has a bit more Market Table items - This location has garage parking that is free for 90 minutes with validation. We went past the time a bit and only paid $2 - The lentil soup at this location tasted yummier! This one had spinach wilted in the soup, and the flavor stood out more. Plant-based proteins such as lentil soup filled me up. I also appreciated the chickpea, edamame, and black bean salad. Other fresh produce included salad greens, tabbouleh, cucumbers, pickled onions, asparagus, broccoli, marinated mushrooms, hearts of palm, beets, capers, olives (green and Kalamata), peppadew, and Peruvian drop peppers. As for roasted vegetables, there was cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, artichoke hearts, peppers, apple & butternut squash, and a cabbage stir-fry. Fresh fruit included papaya, kiwi, yellow pineapple, pink pineapple, blood oranges, and dragonfruit. The one area I wish were better was that there was a single disabled parking spot right in front of the restaurant, which would have been helpful for my elderly parents. The service was good from beginning to end I was seated very swiftly party of 2. Waiter came over immediately to take our preferred package options and directed us to the salad bar which is very good might I add. I sat on the booth side which had a back pillow (bonus). Only 3 downsides the drinks were pretty weak and pricey, and I wasn't offered any form of water besides the $9 blue bottle of water in which I paid and was good however I should've been offered a glass of free ice water for the price you pay to dine here. 3rd downside is parking there is none so valet is the only option available. Big fan of the restaurants, Beverly Hills location is our regular spot. First time at El Segundo location and it was nightmare. Not enough handicap parking available in front of the restaurant. Waitress does not explain menu when seated. Tables are absolutely cramped. Nature of the business requires many of the staff members to move around and our chairs were being touched every five minutes for the first half of the meal. Once that was over we were waiting for 15-20 minutes for them to bring out the meat. We gave up eventually and asked for check. Of course that took them more than 20min, I ended up walking to the counter. Dessert were asked to be Togo and it was just thrown into containers and could not recognize what it was when we opened it . Table cleaners get sprayed right next to us when other guests left and I could feel the cleaning spay landing on my hand. Had to trash food... Not sure why it can be applied closer to the table or even on the towel. Fruit flies were hanging out at the salad bar, I had to inform the staff but bar foods didn't get swapped out when I went back to it. Worst experience, not worth the price. Went to Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse this past Saturday with my brother and his girlfriend (my lil sis ) before heading to the movies, and overall we had such a great experience! They both absolutely LOVED it, and I was so happy we chose this spot for dinner. The food was amazing -- hot, fresh, flavorful, and constantly coming around. We did the $78 all-you-can-eat meat experience, and the servers wasted NO time bringing different selections to our table. There were always staff members nearby checking in on us and making sure we were taken care of, which made the experience feel very attentive and welcoming. Customer service overall was exceptional. We also had reservations and thankfully didn't have to wait long at all to get seated. We were sat outside with the heat lamps, and honestly they felt AMAZING. We barely even noticed the cold breeze because the outdoor seating setup was so comfortable. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were a couple inconsistencies with the drinks from the bar. My brother accidentally received the wrong cocktail at first (he ordered the Caramelized drink but was given a Sunrise instead), and the strawberry hibiscus alcoholic drinks that me and my lil sis ordered tasted noticeably different from each other during our second round. Hers tasted really good while mine tasted a little... perfumery? lol Of course different bartenders make drinks differently, but I just wish there was a bit more consistency there. I have not been in this location in awhile. 2026 review. Went here for a work function. We all opted in to get the all you can eat meat and salad bar, $78 per person. No complaints on the food. The meats served were absolutely delicious! The meats were all so very good. Chicken, lamb, cow, and pig did not dissapoint! It all really comes down how much a person can really eat. The salad bar was absolutely fulfilling. After I got tired of the meats I went to the salad bar. Salad bar was great. Great salad servings with fish, salmon, figs, eggplants etc. You cant go wrong either way. Only one complaint. Bathrooms were dirty. They can use some help on that department. It did not feel clean. I took my neighbors to Fogo de Chao for a birthday celebration. I've had very positive experiences at the various locations of Fogo de Chao, from Dallas to Beverly Hills to Huntington Beach, so I had high expectations at this El Segundo location. The El Segundo location is a nice venue located on the main floor of an office complex. The location follows the same rich and beautiful theme decor similar to all their other locations. Parking is a little bit of a pain as it is quite a distance from the office building parking structure to the front door. They do offer valet parking at the front door for those that want to forego the walk. The food at this location is excellent as expected. Their Market Table gave us a great variety of cold items. The gauchos were prompt with the high quality meats that were well seasoned, prepared and absolutely delicious. The complimentary cheese rolls were also devilishly addictive. The birthday creme brulee hit the spot to complete a wonderful meal. The main disappointment came from the service aspect at this location. We were promptly seated at our table but had no one come to us for at least 10-15 minutes. It wasn't until I flagged down a random staff member -- who noticed we hadn't even been served water in all that time -- that anything happened. She was friendly and helpful, got us set up with water, and explained the menu even though it wasn't her station. She even brought us some cheese rolls while letting the person actually responsible for our table know we needed service. It took another 10-15 minutes before we decided to just get up and serve ourselves at the Market Table without having our order taken. As we browsed the Market Table, it was clear the staff were struggling to keep it stocked -- there were always a few items missing, whether it was the prosciutto, the bread, candied bacon, or the mixed greens. It wasn't until our actual server saw our menus still sitting untouched at the table that they realized we'd already started our meal from the Market Table ourselves. We had a reservation and had to wait outside for about 15 minutes while our table became available. Parking is a little walk to the front of the restaurant, we should have dropped Dad off at the front but he insisted on walking. Two stars because the happy hour menu "looked" pretty good, only got to try one thing. -3 stars because there is no reason why, on a Wednesday, when we're the only 2 people at the bar and there are 2 bartenders and what looked like a manager walking by us, staring at us for 30 minutes while our glasses have been empty and waiting to order food. One of the bartenders finally came by and noticed saying, "I'll be right back to take your order." God knows what was important in the empty restaurant, only to return and stare at us for another 10 minutes? Everyone looked miserable. It's not my job to flag you down every time I need something. I have been at Fogo in several locations in La, Southern California and even in Miami... but never been a a special gathering as this, we were six in a table and included a fix menu of three courses. It was hosted by Woodford Reserve that offered several shoots and one cocktail from the brand. There was music since we arrived to the saloon where the event was hosted inside the Restaurant. Marco and Griselda the Fogo's hosts where awesome and we genuinely enjoy the whole event... the menu was part of the extensive offer from Fogo, excellent meat in a lovely ambiance. Food: Brazilian churrasco was great today! We stuck with Single Churrasco Cuts this visit which will fill you up. Piranha and Fraldinha for beef and I would say the Fraldinha meats made it around more frequently. We also had a dry-aged Tomahawk Ribeye for the table which had a great fat content and delicious seasoned crust to the steak. The Full Churrasco is the way to go if you are hungry so you can get the parade of different meats. The Market Bar and Feijoada bar was full of different food items and was super satisfying. I didn't mind it too much, but throughout the meal I kept getting hit with the smell of a wet cloth as servers were constantly going to the stand near us. It definitely took a while to receive any meat--it seemed like they wanted us to fill up on the sides first. I would say it took at least 15 minutes. After the sides came out, we asked for meat since they kept skipping. At one point I was served something I learned that day was called "blue," meaning it wasn't fully cooked. The outside is quickly seared for just a few seconds per side. It was definitely an experience. The server was very persistent about encouraging me to try it, insisting I would like it, but after the first bite I immediately knew it wasn't my cup of tea. This Fogo de Chão location is visible from Rosecrans Ave. There is valet parking with varying prices in front or a self-parking garage with 90 minutes free. The best bang for your buck is the Churrasco Experience! It's all you can eat (AYCE)! Included in the price are the meats, Market Table, & sides. Items that are included that you can request are the cheese with honey and grilled pineapple with brown sugar. Both are so good! When we come on Sundays for the Brunch, there's also an Omelet Station. TIP: If you have a Sam's Club or Costco Membership, you can buy a $100 eGift Card for $79.98 (Sam's Club) or $79.99 (Costco). Must buy online and you will get an email with the eGift Card numbers. Be sure to join Fogo Rewards if you plan on dining a few times a year. It is worth it! You get to choose which reward you want from three options. The Gaucho Chefs carve the meat so fast I have a hard time taking pictures and then later trying to remember what I was eating! There are discs on the table. One side is red, the other is green. Flip the disc to green if you want more meat and red if you don't. On our latest visit on Oct. 26, 2025, I requested the hot sides (Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Caramelized Plantains & Crispy Polenta, and Pão de Queijo) to be brought out after we had made a trip to the market table and acquired some meat but they brought them all out right away. I dislike them getting cold on the table while we are away. Anyways... The Churrasco Experience includes a nice variety of meats. My favorite is the Lamb. We both love the Picanha (top sirloin), Bone-in Ribeye, Fraldinha (bottom sirloin), Filet, & Medalhes com Bacon. The favorite is the Bone-in Ribeye. If there are certain cuts of meats you want but the aren't making it to your table, you can ask the staff. You can also request Med. Rare if that's how you like it. Most of the meats that came to our table during our latest visit were Well Done and we don't like meat cooked that much!! We flagged down a staff member and they eventually brought out meat to our liking. Good to know! This is my birthday month, so we need to go again! They sent me $25 off a Full Churrasco. read more

Came here on a Friday night around 8:00 and got sat within 15 minutes! It was packed so it was nice to not wait too long. The server was great, super friendly and constantly checking in on us. The food from the buffet was very tasty. All super fresh and tons of options! Especially loved the roasted garlic! The meat was all so tasty! There were so many options and we didn't have to wait long for another meat to be offered. The melted cheese and honey was crazy good and unexpected! One of my kids received a digital deal for Fogo so we decided to go there for a birthday celebration. It was a wonderful choice. For roughly $50 each, we were able to enjoy a wide selection of meats and a nice variety of salad bar items. Nothing in the salad bar rocked my world but there wasn't anything I disliked. The special did exclude a few choice meat selections but with the choices that did come around, we didn't notice their omission. The majority of the meat was oh so tender. There were 2 beef selections that were on the dry side but not too bad. The only item that I raised my eyebrows at was the bacon wrapped chicken. It was dry. Sahara Desert dry. But you can't win them all right? Overall, A-1. Sorry I can't name all the meat selections but the restaurant is on the noisy side so it was hard to hear the servers as they brought each item out. The service was top notch. So much better than the Brazilian place I went to in Gardena. Everyone here was so pleasant and helpful. Just made it a great evening. They also brought out a complementary chocolate lava cake for the birthday girl. Parking is plentiful in the multi level structure. You'll enter the office building lobby and walk about 50 yards to the restaurant entrance. I did notice that they charge $12 for valet service so be forewarned. Really disappointed with our experience at Fogo de Chão in El Segundo. We came to celebrate my dad's birthday, and I had even mentioned the birthday in the reservation, but no one acknowledged it or wished him a happy birthday. The service was also very inattentive. We barely had anyone checking in on our table, and we had to wait and eventually ask for the food service sign to be placed on our table. We also had to repeatedly ask for refills instead of having someone check on us. For the price and the type of dining experience they advertise, I expected much better service and attention, especially for a birthday celebration. I've come to this location quite a few times with my boyfriend. I prefer this location because there is ample free parking nearby. Unfortunately this time wasn't as good as this location usually is. We were in the same section as a LARGE birthday party and I think our waitress was overwhelmed because she barely came around to us. Additionally, we didn't get as much of a selection of meats as we usually do. We were passed up by a couple of the meat guys and I think it was because they were caught up with the big party. Eh. Food here is usually really tasty. Truly the baked cheese drizzled with honey. Mmmm... so good. Frugal auntie tip: make sure to sign up for their rewards program online because they will send you all kinds of offers. For your birthday, you'll get $25 off your meal AND a free dessert. I am very split for my review. Came here for my husband's birthday. We were seated promptly and service was great. The hiccups were when we first got seated I believe the rush was starting and they were in the middle of switching servers so we were sitting for about 10 minutes before a server came over and helped us out. He was really nice and it was obvious that he was trying his hardest to catch up after having 5 parties sat at once. Overall the food was meh. There is a buffet of sides that you can choose from and a bunch of different meats. I don't know if I would come back- there wasn't anything that stuck out to me as amazing. The experience was great don't get me wrong, all of the meats coming out and slicing at the table- what a show! I just really wasn't a huge fan. The tables are very close together making it difficult for servers to cut through if there are guests walking by. Getting to the bathroom was a struggle with kids. read more
