We discovered a broken water line between our house and the main water line and weren't sure what we were dealing with. Geraldo came out at no charge to assess the situation, took the time to explain everything, and even suggested a few things I could check on my own before committing to any repair. That alone told me he genuinely wanted to help rather than just sell a job. After following his recommendations, it was clear the repair was needed, and I'm so glad we chose Sky Blue Construction. From beginning to end, the communication was excellent. Geraldo kept us informed every step of the way, showed up when he said he would, completed the work professionally, and charged a fair and honest price with no surprises. The repair was done right, the work area was left clean, and the entire experience was completely stress-free. What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the work it was Geraldo's integrity. Finding someone you can truly trust to work on your home is rare these days, and I can confidently say we've found that person. If you're considering Sky Blue Construction for any of the services they offer, I wouldn't hesitate for a second. Geraldo has earned our trust, and he'll be the first person I call the next time I need work done around our home. Highly recommended!

I dont mind paying extra for honesty, trust and a company that cares about it's customers. We just put in a new Trane system. There were a couple of early wrinkles to iron out as often happens when you put a new unit in. Mike and his team worked tirelessly to get it right. They listened to some of the initial issues we were having then they took action to fix the problem. We have a huge family with young kids. Our kids wouldn't leave the crew alone, but they were so kind. They were able to get a lot done while giving attention to a bunch of booger eaters. My daughter gave a painting to Mike. They hung this in their local office. We got a letter from the VP about the artwork and thanking our 6 year old girl for it. If you want "cheap" dont call NTM. Cheap will buy you a cheap effort and cheap results. Someone will always show up and be less expensive. This isn't fast food. This is AC repair and installation. If you want it done right and work with folks with integrity then give NTM your business. I will never use anyone else.
