Did a search for locksmiths. First one to hit me back was Arman. After a short text back, he said give him 35 or 40 minutes. Well he got here in maybe 25. So were off to a good start already. They didn't dawdle, exchanged a couple of howdies, got right to work. Within 10 minutes, trunk was popped, keys retrieved, crisis averted. This was more than amazing. Night, raining, they still got here super timely and got the job done with no damage to the car. Hopefully I never need a locksmith again soon. If I do? Arman.

The tech arrived on time, was incredibly professional and friendly. We had a couple of extra items we added to the list and he helped without hesitation. I apologized to Arman for adding the items and he was so kind and treated it as no big deal "that's what we are here for". Really appreciated the service and quality! Will definitely use them again for the next projects!

I left a google review and am now leaving a yelp review as well…read more We this company to replace our roof, a mistake I wish we could undo. They hit a gas line in our house, we have photos of their roofing nail in the line, that was leaking for 3 months. Because of that, we had to have our gas shutoff for a week while our plumber fixed the line. Because of that, we found out they did not even get a permit for our project, so when an inspector came by to clear us to have our gas turned back on, he noticed they also did not re-connect our B-vent in the attic, meaning in a few weeks when our heater kicked on, my entire family and our pets would have been dead from CO2 poisoning. Now it's been 15 months after their install and we have a roof leak due to poor quality roof removal and poor install. We have pictures where one of the bracket hooks is poking out of a shingle, right about our damaged ceiling. A problem they are also being horrible about fixing. In one part of the email where they told me they will not help us fix it. They mentioned that because of "severe weather" their warranty is voided. We had heavy rains, not severe thunderstorms, not hail, not heavy winds, just a lot of rain. This company's roof cannot even withstand RAIN 15 months down the line. Use literally any other company!!!

Over that time, I have worked with several roofing companies and service providers without significant issues--until now. This was my first experience being openly called a "liar" by a project manager. Approximately six months after my roof replacement and solar panel reinstallation by Best Roofer Solar, a friend noticed a black stain on my living room ceiling. I initially dismissed it, assuming it might have been caused by the cleaning crew. However, the stain gradually enlarged after each rainfall, and eventually water began dripping from the ceiling during storms. I contacted Best Roofer Solar for assistance, but because the issue arose after their one-year warranty period, I was required to pay $350 for an inspection. The technician could not identify the source of the leak, and the project manager suggested it might be a plumbing issue--despite the fact that the leakage occurred exclusively during rainfall. Even after I provided clear photos and videos documenting water intrusion only during rain events, the project manager dismissed my concerns and accused me of fabricating the problem. I ultimately hired a different company, which promptly located the leak and performed the necessary repairs. The root cause was a failed rubber seal beneath one of the solar panels; the original seal had not been replaced during the panel reinstallation following the roof work. This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have encountered. The sales team was exceptionally professional and persuasive, which led me to choose the company for the roof replacement. However, once the project was complete, any post-installation issues appeared to receive little support. Customers who report legitimate problems--even when supported by photographic and video evidence--risk being dismissed or accused of dishonesty.

A Mixed Experience - Great Owner and Manager, but Issues with the Salesman…read moreFirst, I want to start with the positive. The owner and manager of Kingdom 1st General Contractors were great, and I had no problems with either of them. My roof is now complete, and the crew did a great job. I am very happy with the finished roof. Unfortunately, my experience with the salesman was a different story. He made several promises that were not kept, although I will say that the owner and manager stepped in and made things right. I was told by the salesman that my plants would be covered during the roofing process. They were not initially covered, and it wasn't until I went outside and started taking pictures that action was taken. The front yard was cleaned up and was free of nails. However, the backyard was not cleaned up, and I am still finding and picking up nails and small silver roofing pieces. This is a major concern for me because I have four grandsons who visit, as well as my dogs. The thought of one of them stepping on a rusty nail is very concerning. Proper cleanup should be an important part of completing a roofing job. Another issue was communication and follow-through from the salesman. Before we signed the contract, he was very diligent about calling and stopping by. After the contract was signed, however, it took several weeks for him to pick up the check so the company could get started. It seemed like something else was always more important. When I asked for the owner's name and phone number, the salesman finally came by. In fact, he stopped by about five minutes after the roof was nearly completed. I showed him the front lawn and the flowers that appeared to have been damaged. He told my husband and me that he would come back and, if any plants needed to be replaced, he would plant them himself. I suppose he moved on to another job because that never happened. I have waited to post this review because I have gone back and forth about whether I wanted to. I don't want to take away from the fact that the owner and manager ultimately stepped in, addressed the problems, and made sure the roof was completed properly. For that, I am grateful. Overall, I am happy with my new roof and the work the crew did. My biggest disappointment was the lack of follow-through from the salesman and the cleanup issues. The roof and crew were great, and the owner and manager were great. My experience with the salesman, however, left a lot to be desired. I initially contacted the company directly regarding my concerns. A gentleman who identified himself as the crew manager reached out to Michael and asked what had happened. After speaking with Michael, he also wanted to speak with me. I was on my way home at the time, so he told me to call him when I was available. When I got home, I called, but he was busy and said he would call me back. Unfortunately, after several additional attempts to reach him, we were repeatedly told that he was unable to talk at the time and that he would return our call. After waiting approximately, a month and making multiple attempts to have a conversation and resolve the matter directly, I have decided to share my experience publicly. My intention in posting this review is to make other customers aware of our experience and to hopefully prevent anyone else from being treated this way.
