If giving zero stars was possible that's what the rating would be. My interaction with this company…read morewas with a guy by the name of Daniel and he is a bad representation of this company. I added a picture of how he spoke to me after the roofer he sent out left our home. Bad business no customer service whatsoever. Adding to this review as we were sent a Cease and Desist letter telling me to change my review. My entire interaction with Daniel from Absolute was captured via text message. I've attached pictures. I will not be bullied by someone who is in the wrong, the owner of absolute and their lawyers can simply read the text messages on the phone Daniel uses and they can see the entire interaction. Not once did we speak on the phone so nothing will be missed. I also added a picture of the cease and Desist demanding us to include additional details to this review details that has always been in my review, again if the lawyer or the owner of absolute read the review it has always shown that yes someone did come out. Daniel also refused to provide me a report pictures attached prove this. Our HOA contacted Absolutely roofing on our behalf and Daniel/Absolute got my contact information from my HOA let it be known I never contacted Absolutely roofing construction first. Daniel messaged me asking me to send pictures of the leak which I did. Someone was sent out later that day around 3pm, the person sent over could not communicate with us for some odd reason he did not say a word other than "check roof" after we opened our door. I mentioned this to Daniel so my story has always been the same, the text messages pictured proves this. After showing the absolute employee to our attic he left our home and we did not hear anything else further. I texted Daniel to ask for any information as the employee did not communicate anything to us. With me asking I was immediately met with condescending and rude comments by Daniel you can also see how he responded to my simple question in the texts below. I stand by my statement Daniel is a terrible representative for this company and this is a very fair and FACTUAL review as the text messages prove this.

Problem: Master valve was not functioning, the system would not turn on, and the system needed a…read morehealth check. I spent 1 1/2 hours with Sam Rothan of American Sprinkler Repair today. I got an email earlier this week confirming my appointment and a call this morning from Sam saying exactly when he would be showing-up to the house. When he arrived, Sam introduced himself, confirmed why he was here, and went straight to work first shutting off the system water line, replacing the master valve, and then both testing and verifying everything was working properly. Sam then started to go through each of my 12 zones and checked sprinkler heads, placement, pressure, coverage, and leaks. Sam walked the front yard (first set of zones), with me in tow, as he twisted and adjusted head placements for optimal coverage. In his process, he replaced one head that was installed incorrectly and he found one leak. For the leak, Sam quickly triaged the situation and fixed it. He took great care to gently remove flowers and the grass, repair the line, and replace the plants in a way nobody could tell there were repairs done. He then tested and verified the line ensuring it was working properly. Next we went to the backyard (second set of zones) where I built additions to the yard including planters and an extended veranda. While watching each zone turn on for 2 minutes, we put a plan together to modify three zones to accommodate the improvements. We plan to remove, replace, and add sprinkler heads where appropriate. These modifications are slated for our next appointment sometime in June. After we were comfortable with the plan, I proceeded to ask Sam questions about drip lines and micro systems. I followed him around the yard asking questions and discussing my installation. He listened intently to everything I was saying and my point of view. He answered all my questions and offered recommendations based on his knowledge and experience - which I am comfortable in saying is quite extensive. All the while we were talking, Sam was installing micro sprayers in my new front yard flower beds. Just prior to him leaving, Sam tested and verified that my rain gauge was in working order. He showed me how to use the gauge and how to test it when it next rains. Sam was very professional, clean, and wore a mask the entire time. I appreciate his knowledge and technical abilities. He offered suggestions that were meaningful to my situation and did not try to upsell me. Both Cindy, when she walked me through the master valve interim solution on the phone, and Sam have earned my business because of their obvious experience, very reasonable pricing, and mostly because of the fantastic customer service.

She said he turned the sprinklers on, saw that they were dribbling, ran his hand under the faucet and said "you have a pressure issue. This feels like a 45 and it should be 75. You need to call a plumber to increase the PSI". He did not use a pressure gauge of any kind. Today my new favorite plumber came (from Scout Plumbing - also does sprinklers, heat and A/C - highly recommend!!!) Come to find out one of the sprinkler heads was damaged and 2 zones were wired together in the control box. He replaced the sprinkler head, rewired a zone, and now everything is working great. So basically I paid American Sprinkler Repair $133.90 to come to my house to do absolutely nothing and provide completely incorrect information. Wish I could give zero stars...

Title: Excellent Staff, Fixed-Rate Billing Policy…read more I wrote my original review in the heat of the moment. That was my mistake. For clarity, I've copied it below. The fact is, h2oRx is a quintessential 5-star company. From Kayla, who professionally manages appointments, to the technician's helper who does all the heavy lifting and digging, h2oRx has the most skilled, customer focused employees I have encountered in the DFW Metroplex. Their office staff and technicians are simply the best! For example, my regular sprinkler technician of 10 years actually located and partially uncovered my leaking valve. When he saw the complexity and amount of digging required to replace it, he candidly admitted the repair was beyond his expertise. Raul and his helper from h2oRx did a masterful job of replacing the valve (see photo). Kayla had already told me what the repair would cost ($267.80) and the h2oRx team's arrival window. There were absolutely no surprises. In fact, Kyle Jensen was correct when he told me his company could have charged more for this job. I might have grumbled a bit, but the quality of work on this complex job would have absolutely justified a higher price. What caught me off guard was being charged the same amount for a second valve repair performed during the same visit--a simpler, quicker repair that required no digging. In retrospect, I overreacted to the pricing issue. h2oRx's pricing policies are ultimately their business, and had I known ahead of time that the second repair would also cost $267.80, I would have approved it anyway. So, if you want the absolute best sprinkler system evaluation and repair service in the Metroplex, I strongly recommend h2oRx. Their technical expertise, professionalism, and workmanship are exceptional.

That was my first review on the service they provided and charged me $ 2900 which was a total rip off for the quality of service that was done. I called them back and the owner Kyle acted like a little baby because he had to come back out. So, let me tell you that I'm an airline pilot and not at home for a good stretch. So, I returned home in August and I noticed the rotary sprinklers were watering my river rock and Pergola and very little of the grass. So, I texted H20RX and requested they come out to adjust the sprinkler arc and spray pattern. They gave me an appointment of Sep 16th at 3:30 pm. They also tell me that they will do the repair after seeing the sprinklers in action. I said no need for a repair just look at the videos I sent you .The sprinklers just need adjustments. After several text back and forth they said they will come out for free to see what they can do. So, I decided since they didn't adjust the sprinklers the correct way the first time when they were here I decided to do it myself and I bought the adjustment tools to do the job without them coming out and charging me an arm and a leg for a repair that would of most likely said needed to be done while listening to Kyle cry again. So, I cancelled the appointment and the sprinklers are spraying the grass just fine now. So, my thoughts are ; don't use this company because he will rip you off big time for things you don't even need (i.e control box) and the adjustment of the spray pattern.
