We stopped by on a Saturday evening for some dessert and found a modest selection with both of our desserts being delicious! I had a classic tiramisu and my husband had a super cool looking dessert- it looked like an acorn and tasted like hazelnut Nutella Unfortunately, we were the only patrons there. Please support so we can continue to have these types of businesses in our community. Our service was pleasant. The location is very clean and welcoming with plenty of close parking, especially in the lot on the side. Recommended!

When I walked in, the employee behind the counter made eye contact with me, then walked away to the back without greeting me. I stood at the counter waiting and looking over the menu before he finally came over and asked how he could help me. No hello, no welcome, no warmth. I ordered my coffee and sat down to read, and while I was there, I watched him greet every other customer after me with a much warmer, more upbeat welcome. He also acknowledged people as they left, but did not do the same for me. The coffee was good, although a little sweet. I also purchased one of the specialty drinks from the cooler because the packaging caught my attention, but I honestly didn't like it. As a customer, the lack of basic hospitality stood out more than the coffee. I'm big on customer service, and this experience left a bad taste. I won't be returning.

The pastries, although I did not get to try one, looked delicious and refreshing. As for the coffee, it was delightful; however, that is with a request for 2 more shots in the drink. It does feel a little cozy because everything is pretty close together, but they also have outdoor seating and even a little dog area, which was honestly my favorite part. It was exactly what I needed and fully satisfied my coffee craving. Then I wanted to try one of their specialty drinks, so I got the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. I was really excited for this one because the name sounds amazing, but unfortunately it was kind of a letdown. I couldn't really taste any mango or any other flavors. It mostly just tasted like a sweet matcha, and even the matcha flavor wasn't super strong. It wasn't terrible, but I probably wouldn't order it again or I would just a regular matcha! I wonder if they didn't get the correct order now that I think about it ‍ I was also debating between trying one of their pastries or their little ice cream collection on the side and I'm so glad I went with the ice cream because I got the White Chocolate Mocha Chip Cheesecake and wow... this was SO good. Easily my favorite thing I tried and btw these are like $11 for 5.5oz.

The coffee and food were both mediocre, and the customer service really took away from the experience. The young lady at the cash register in particular was not very helpful or welcoming. When taking our order, she didn't mention that there were different types of bread to choose from or that we could choose our chips. We only found out about those options after seeing other customers order, which was frustrating because we would have chosen differently if we had known. A quick explanation of the available options would have made a big difference. Overall, the experience just didn't live up to the hype or the Yelp rating. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose from their extensive menu. I opted for the Mango Green Tea and the Taro Milk Tea, and both were spectacular. What really sets Presotea apart is their unique brewing process, which ensures that every drink is fresh and flavorful. I also appreciated the variety of options available, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I highly recommend Presotea to anyone looking for a unique bubble tea experience!
