The restaurant was very busy and I was fortunate to come with someone who has been here many times. The menu could have been a bit overwhelming but my friend helped me choose from the lunch special menu, which I would also recommend. We needed to flag down the server to order but once we ordered things moved quickly. The food was very good. My husband and I have been looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant and I think we've found it! The soup broth was simple but oh so good. The Laksa noodles were tasty and a little spicy. I had enough to take home for another meal as well. We also got fried eggplant and Chinese greens on the side. Both were hot and delicious. Overall, the food and the experience were both very good. The Oysters were so big and juicy with the lemon garlic juice that they were marinading in post-grilling, I had to take a pic using my chopsticks for perspective (see pic).
