Honestly I would give them Zero stars if that were an option. This company should not even be on Yelp. They are facing a $1.2 million dollar lawsuit for services not rendered and claim to be declaring bankruptcy according to our CFO. We chartered a Jet with Jordon Brown of CFG to Turks & Caicos and he got our money wired right to his account 2 months before our trip. Low and behold - he didn't show for our flight with our whole family. He had no explanation and did nothing to help us find an alternative. But most of all, he is a criminal. They charged my card, deposited my check and trip was cancelled. For 4 weeks made excuses about my refund. Had direct communication with Jordan Brown, manger owner. Lied multiple times to me. To date no funds returned to me. Is obvious this is now a scam. They book quotes - take clients money with intent to fraud. Be aware he has changed company names several times, at the moment he is affiliated with Jet Agency, Jet Genius , Jetcharter.com, and CFG. I am now with a lawyer and suing them. Our flight was canceled because of tech problems with plane. Our pilots didn't inform us until 10 am flight time ALTHOUGH WE ARRIVED 45 MINUTES early with dog.. At that time they advised we should stand by and they would let us know in a "few" minutes if they could solve the problem. An hour later, after siting 1and1/2 hrs with our dog they returned to advise the issue couldn't be resolved so another plane would have to be dispatched from Palm Beach. At that point we opted to go back home to await new departure time. We were finally advised the departure would be 2:15 . The new flight was fine, however when the Mancher staff unloaded our baggage they forgot one small bag which we dididn't discover until reaching home. One of the pilots discovered the bag and tried to call us but was told they had no phone number for us . After calling Signature I learned they had recovered the bag which I retrieved today following a one hour drive each way. read more

Zero stars! Our son was in urgent care and we booked a flight to get him to our house in Hilton Head, they were able to get us a flight but later called that they couldn't land in Hilton Head, for whatever reason. The woman on the phone was busy and never gave us any details other then other people would also be on the flight. Maybe that's why they couldn't land where we booked. Anyway our son coded and was on a ventilator and couldn't make the flight and was in the hospital for two months. They said that we could not get our money back (15,600.00). We told them that when and if he recovered that we would change the date for him to fly home. However that's not good enough for them, they would want double. I hope they can sleep at night. We booked this trip for my parents to travel from Naples FL to Ashland KY recently. My mother had just completed chemo treatment and she was somewhat week. The jet was very clean and modern. the crew was absolutely great. Both the the pilot and co-pilot were very professional in dress and demeanor. Never again...When my husband and I arrived for our charter flight on Dec. 29th, we found that the plane was much less than what had been represented and actually pictured in our contract. After we contacted the efficient and delightful employee, Ashley, whom we had dealt with in securing this plane, I was informed by Jordan B., the owner, that Ashley no longer worked for the company. Jordan refused to give us a credit for sending a lesser aircraft than was agreed upon. In addition, we found him pompous and sarcastic. I have chartered many many planes over 15 years and This was by far the worst. 45,000 for a heavy jet and: the bathroom didn't work, the lights didn't work, the seats were broken, there was actually a hole (not joking) on thr inside of thr plane, there was no running water, and the plane literally looked like it was going to fall from thr sky. 45,000 later (for a two way 2 hour each direction flight) they made a mistake on return time and wouldn't wait and took off without us. The catering was the worst and the Stewart acted as if we were bothering her by asking for something to drink. I have left three reviews in my entire life anywhere and this is one. I along with 13 friends were supposed to be on a private flight from Denver (BJC) to Galápagos (GPS) with charter flight group. Our departure date was set for May 19, 2022 early AM. Our plane was canceled 10 hours prior to departure VIA EMAIL! Their sales associate with whom we had been working, Lindsey, was not available/responsive to phone calls/texts nor would she respond to emails. We were left without a flight and without recourse, and due to flight restrictions into GPS, we could not leave that day. We were stuck booking another flight from another charter company for over double the price due last minute booking. It took OVER A YEAR AND LEGAL INTERVENTION to receive our money back. And we were only compensated for the plane. We were out on the other costs such as the transport on both ends of the flight, the hotel, restaurant, and other costs for the first night we missed out on. The explanation given was that "the owner wanted his plane" there was no responsibility taken or anything done to make it right prior to legal recourse. With forensic accounting it was revealed this company has several lawsuits including fraud and allegations of unpaid taxes. Steer very clear, do not waste your time or money here!!!! read more

I will forever cherish the opportunity of having such a wonderful service and being able to travel so comfortably with my family. It cut down travel time from 6 - 7 hours commercial to 2 hours and 15 minutes private. I was so stressed I must have cleared out the mini bar, but everyone was so helpful with all of our needs. We flew from Texas into Carlsbad and were able to get my dad to the hospital before his pain medication wore off. Beautiful views of San Francisco Bay and the sunset. I saws the fire cloud coming into Santa Barbara and if you have never seen a blood red sunset it was scary I'm a believer and felt like it was the Lord coming back. Paul promised me a ride back to Redding with a flight around Redding for my kids and a beautiful sunrise coming out of Santa Barbara. Prayers for the folks left homeless here. Don't even bother asking them for qoutes. I inquired about a flight to and from Carlsbad and San Diego because my husband has been gone for a year and a half. He is coming home in August and the VP of sales responded that the drive is 20 minutes between airports. However, it is 45 and that isn't that point. If I want to fly to get my husband (who is not in San Diego, but rather required to take the government flight there) and fly back into an airport 10 minutes from our house, I should be able to no questions asked. Their job is to book and fly. Not to ask why. What a waste of time. read more

Terrible experience and company. They gave me a quote for the three options. The one i chose was nothing like what was described in the quote. I payed for the plane and they pulled a "bait and switch" the night before and swapped my plane out for something that was old and rundown - dirty, screws sticking out of the walls. Im now having my lawyer pursue legal action for the THEFT they committed. we used Charter Flight Group to plan a trip to Florence, Italy. I have used private aviation for 2 decades and this was my worst experience. Charleston, SC airport was iced in and shut down. We could not get to New York for our flight. Charter Flight Group was rude, arrogant and threatened to keep our entire fee if we delayed our departure. They told us they did not care if we were iced in and if we did not pay an additional 15k, they would cancel the charter and we would forfeit. Jordan Brown at CFC who claimed he was the owner was pompous, rude and did nothing to help but threaten us if we did not pay the 15k Ransom. I would not remotely consider using them and NEVER PAY them in advance. read more
