i have been dealing with Giselle Landau & i must say she was refereed to me from my old Agent who recently retired . i booked her all the way from MI. there are 1,000 other Web sights/Agents/Companies i could of used, & did shop Around. she was so wonderful to deal with. Always answered every question returned every phone call ( even though 9/10 where always answered ) but the best part was she was so educated on so many different properties. i told her what my accusation was explained what i was looking for in details and gave her a very short tight budget . not only did she find my dream resort vacation not only was it in my budget but she was cheaper then all her competitors!. she was really detailed about everything & went the extra mile to be very transparent with me. there was nothing i didn't know & no surprises ones so ever. give you one example i already came back from my vacation and my $400 dollar paid of Prada Sunglasses was mist placed at the resort she went the extreme extra mile to reach out to the property to make sure they locate it for me. & thats not even the best part. Guess how she even knew i was missing them. Buongiorno! My wife and I were connected with Ronit "Roe" Naccache at Boca Express Travel through American Express to plan our Honeymoon to Italy in September 2019. It was my wife's first time in Italy (and my first time in many of the cities we visited) and all the planning orchestrated by Roe was beyond amazing!!! Roe was excited and very energetic and wanted us to have the best experience regarding the smallest travel details (car pick up from airport) to the nicest, boutique hotels to the best tours/tour guides in Italy. Because we don't visit Italy every day, we told Roe we wanted to stay in nice hotels in great locations. Lori Cohen Kenner was a lifesaver when we had to cancel our family vacation to Japan this past summer. She helped us pull together the vacation of a lifetime -- down to the last detail.
