This Company Is a Scam - Stay Away! If I could give CFG zero stars, I would. This is not a business--it's a shameless money-grabbing operation that preys on unsuspecting customers. They didn't just ruin our family vacation; they stole our money and left us stranded. After taking our payment in full, they canceled our flight at the last minute with a vague excuse that made no sense. They offered no refund, no alternative, and absolutely no accountability. Every attempt to contact them was met with stonewalling, excuses, and outright lies. Their customer service is a cruel joke, staffed by people who clearly couldn't care less about the damage they cause. This company operates with zero integrity and zero professionalism. They're nothing more than con artists masquerading as a legitimate business. CFG deserves to be shut down and investigated. Jordan Brown deserves worse. Not only did they leave us out of tens of thousands of dollars, but they also destroyed what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime family trip. I wouldn't trust these people to charter a paper airplane. Avoid them like the plague unless you want to be robbed, lied to, and left in the lurch. Don't fall for their scam. read more

I can only say good things about Charter Flight Group. I needed to quickly move my 92 year old mother from Vancouver WA to San Diego and flying commercially was not an option. This was my first time doing something like this so I had many questions. After contacting many other air transport companies I decided to fly with Charter Flight Group. They were able to find me a very reasonably priced one-way flight in an extremely nice jet that was perfect us. They communicated extremely well. I had even sent them a few questions late in the evening and I was surprised to get an immediate response (thank you Heather). The day of the flight went perfect. We were treated like royalty, during, and at both ends of the flight. I am a commercial pilot and licensed aircraft mechanic myself...this plane was spotless and pilot and copilot were very accommodating and extremely professional. I worked as a freelancer for this company for a brief time. I originally dealt with a guy named, Jordan Brown. He was so unprofessional and shady that I decided to end my association with him and Jet Genius Holdings aka Charter Flight Group. I misplaced a check they gave me - it fell behind my desk and sat there for a couple months. When I found it I went to cash it but couldn't - the bank told me their account was closed. I phoned the company and was told, by a guy named Ryan, that their account was closed due to fraud. I asked Ryan to write me a new check. Ryan was arrogant, rude, and condescending. Several days passed. The check should have arrived in a day or two. So, I phoned again to learn that Ryan had blocked my number - I learned this because I had to call from a blocked number in order to get through. I again spoke with Ryan who was again arrogant, rude and condescending. Again, Ryan told me the "check is in the mail". To date I have not received the check. read more

Had a great experience with my first time ever booking and flying a private jet charter. I'd recommend Charter Flight Group to anyone who wants a friendly, super-responsive trip advisor to walk them through the process of identifying the most suitable aircraft - and who also ensures that the itinerary is the most convenient one possible. All communications and contract activities - via phone, text and email - were glitch-free and straightforward; the aircraft was already waiting for us when we arrived a little early at the airstrip! Takeoff was right on time, the pilots were total pros and were very amiable, and filled us in on everything we needed to feel relaxed and prepared for the flight. Service above and beyond all expectations. My family chartered a private jet with CFG to fly from Arizona to New York. We had our infant daughter with us. There were 2 pilots and a flight attendant, we flew a Gulfstream 4 SP. Very smooth flight. At every stage of the process, from making arrangements, to picking a plane, to pricing, to timing, to flight, even post flight, they earned an A+. They really went above and beyond with decorations for our daughter too. The help with luggage both pre and post flight was also exceptional, and their luggage helpers made sure every piece of luggage and we ourselves were secure in our vehicles at our destination before walking away. I seldom write reviews but feel I needed to in this case as I rarely encounter service as good as CFG's. I recommend them without reservation. read more

Great experience from this company. Due to weather our flight was cancelled, but they couldn't have handled it better. They flew us back to our origin, no charge, with a pilot that was most accommodating. He even drove us to a local hotel where we could stay the night while the storms cleared up. They issued us a full refund due to the weather, where they didn't have to at all as the situation was beyond their and our control. Would definitely recommend this charter group to anyone that needs to get point A to point B with great communication, new and great looking planes, and awesome pilots. read more

I've used CFG two times this past year. Working with David and Crissi has been a pleasure and my experience top notch. They communicate well and each time the flight has been smooth and on time. The pilots were great and made our ride enjoyable. We had a last minute switch on our last trip as the scheduled plane had a maintenance issue. David got me a new plane (upgraded no less) and our plans went right on schedule. I will definitely use CFG for future travel needs. They definitely go out of their way to make sure their customers are accommodated. read more
