After nearly missing our cruise due to an uber driver not speaking English, navigating traffic missing turns. We had reservations about our return trip. Great conversationalist and excellent driver made getting from hell to the airport a pleasure. I strongly recommend this business as well as requesting Isaac as your professional driver.

Then the 2nd half of the evening happened. The crew went to Ft Lauderdale. Why the driver didn't have a business card or had made sure my daughter had the right number before she and her group went into a club, I can't say. Language barrier could have played a part. But no business card? Regardless, I am called at 1:30AM by my frantic daughter because she can't reach the driver. I call the company... they're not online at that time of night, but eventually get back to me, but not timely enough. My daughter and her friends felt like they had no option but to take an Uber home. Serious letdown for the evening. So I paid $1200+ for a limo, plus an Uber. Very disappointing.

Car Service of South Florida was excellent and made the beginning of our trip (right before a predicted hurricane landfall, too) that much less stressful. Alan, our driver, called to confirm the night before and actually showed up outside our home 10 minutes early. He was most friendly and helpful, especially nice considering the time of day! The luxury sedan we had for our ride was comfortable, clean and spacious. The trip from Boca wasn't long, and we made it to the airport very much on time and feeling quite relaxed. The price was $65 + tip and was worth every penny. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience with this company and would definitely recommend using them!

No such thing as a cheap and good limo…read more Being a newbie at getting a limo, I learned that. I had the hair brained idea of taking my gals birthday to the next level, and at the last minute I decided to call around and see what kind of offer I could get. I started with a friends company and was woken up by how pricey it was. There must be some hidden costs I can't see. But I did end up with a decent rate from A1A limos. The driver was a nice guy, he was right on time. He helped get things set up in the back so that we were good to go and comfortable. The limo itself was close to perfect. I believe we had to have our own ice ready but they had gave me a heads up on that so we were set. We had a great night. He drove us to and from a nice dinner and drinks and we blasted music and just had a great time. There is no great discount limo service. It if yer spending the money, A1A is a good call.

I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.
