While she was super friendly and helpful, the warehouse associate was less than on both fronts. He did not speak a word to me and was fairly rough loading my grill. I brushed it off as I was excited, but it was still worth noting. The grill is a house BP brand and so far, I am absolutely loving it! It is a dual grill with half grate and half flattop, which I had been after for a long time. Cost was decent as well. Instead I took the boots to Cumberland Transit, and 15 minutes after I had walked out of BRMS, Cumberland said no problem. All I had to do was pay $10 shipping to have them sent back to Vasque to get new soles. It also ticked me off that the lady at BRMS repeatedly said the soles had delaminated, when in fact they had dry-rotted, something I had to point out to her multiple times. In short, this is the worst BRMS store I have ever been in, and one of the worst outdoor stores in the Nashville area, which is consistent with the reviews I have heard from other outdoor buffs. I guess they stay in business catering to the Belle Meade label conscious crowd.

I would recommend over Academy Sports+Outdoors and Bass Pro Shops...and I refuse to shop Dick's.
