We celebrated my child's birthday here and had an amazing experience! The customer service was on another level! The team members Kloiee and Quintin were very helpful while constantly checking if we needed anything else. They did a great job at setting up and always ensured we had enough paper goods and water. They were both polite, kind, and on-top of what they were doing. If you are thinking of hosting a parry here, I highly recommend taking a look. We love fly high. I just wanted to say how wonderful the staff is they are constantly cleaning and ensuring everyone's safety. I wanted to say a special thank you to Freya, she has gone above and beyond multiple times while we were here. She has the courage to ask kids if two wrongs make a right. She solved the teens vs grade school dodgeball incident which is not easy. I see you Freya and I thank you for your kindness to all the kids here. Especially when the boys are being boys. I was in last week with my little sister and cousin, both relatively young children, and they had a great time. I've been here before with them, and they always have fun and we've never had any problems with safety or anything like that. The staff are all incredibly friendly, prompt individuals, and one specific staff member named Courtney handled a situation in which all the kids were attempting to play on an attraction that wasn't yet ready to be played on professionally and politely. She was incredibly patient with all of the kids, including my sister, and was very attentive when it came to the kids' safety. read more

Good park with great all around entertainment for the entire family. The kids area is nice and my 2 year old loves that. Been here many times and they just started a membership deal. You can't beat 29 a month. Now we are going 3 days a week. It's always really clean and never too busy. That been nice. They have a pretty cool super trampoline. We have been taking our little one to Fly High with the weather starting to get colder and he loves it! The staff does a great job making sure the bigger kids are being safe around the littles too, especially Kingston.
