Julie is the bestest! I see Julie on a regular basis to keep my eye lashes looking great! No more mascara mess is such a blessing in my busy life and I swear it takes 10 years off, I am totally addicted! Even during a time when I can afford few treats for myself, this is one I won't miss out on. Julie is very cognizant of my need for the lashes to look as natural as possible and keeps that in mind with length and thickness. I get compliments daily and most people assume they're natural. She books up fast so I make my appointments in advance - the few times I've needed to rearrange my schedule she has bent over backwards to accomodate me! Thanks Julie, you are a rockstar! read more

FRIENDLY, CLEAN AND EXCELLENT WORK. I was at the tail end of vacation and attending a wedding while in Oakland. I was lucky to take advantage of a cancellation and meet with Hana. She was welcoming, friendly but most importantly, she is EXTREMELY GOOD. My lashes are beautiful and the experience was enjoyable. read more

Hana is lovely, did a gorgeous job and their space is sunny, bright and comfortable. I get lashes done regularly and just moved to the area and this is definitely the spot -- Flutter will definitely be my regular place! read more

If you want your lashes done right, go to Julie. I've had mine done by a few different people and either they use the wrong glue or glue the eyelash extensions directly on my skin, I was always unsatisfied. Until now. I've been going to Flutter Lash Bar for over 7 months and have always been happy with the results. Thanks for being so awesome Julie!!! read more

Thanh is very skilled, but better yet, she listens and lets you figure out how many lashed you want, and how long you want them. Every time I have gone (5 times) I have changed something about my lashes, this last time they look so natural, but better. She is a soothing person, but very interesting if you want to chat. Her book is full, which says a lot... I feel a little reluctant to tell everyone how great she is! But she is good at helping you find the time you want to come, you just have to plan ahead. read more

Alice did my lashes and I am 110% percent satisfied! She is extremely detailed oriented, professional and patient. She took time to match each lash with each of my real lashes. My lash set looks very natural yet luxurious. No discrepancies on my lash line what so ever. I would highly recommend asking for Alice if you're visiting Flutter Lash Bar. read more

Hana is professional, sweet, and does great work! She's always punctual and understanding regarding booking/timing, takes the time to find out what look I'm going for, and puts me completely at ease. She really takes pride in what she does and produces amazing results :) read more

This was my first time getting lashes and Hana was great! We started with a chat on the type of look I wanted, some education on lash extensions, etc. The process was gentle (I fell asleep during the application) and Hana sent me before and after photos of my glam look. For those new to lash extensions and veterans, You will be great hands with Hana! read more

I had Maya as my lash technician and I had an absolutely great experience! She did a phenomenal job on my lashes. They look so beautiful. I've had my lashes done several other places before and Maya is the first to do them so they actually look nice and match my natural eye shape. read more

The space is clean. They took me at the last minute and the lashes looked great, but they only lasted one week. I got them done twice, one week apart until finding another place to get them done. read more

Hana is fantastic! 5 stars all the way. My lashes look great. The salon is clean and comfortable. No down side here, just a great experience all around! read more

THANH is so awesome!!!..... and so patient! I got my lashes done by Thanh a couple of times now and my experience with her was amazing. First off, I didn't realize how difficult it was to keep my eyes still! I felt so bad, but she was so patient with me and she didn't get frustrated with me at all. Thank goodness! Second, I can tell she's very detail oriented because I have a lottttt of fine lashes and she took her time to make sure that none of them would get stuck together and make sure my eyes were not irritated. The end result was very natural, exactly what I asked for, and I didn't experience a lot of fall out, which makes me very happy! Thanks THANH! read more

I called Julie and was able to get an appointment the next day! Her scheduling is available online and she stays in communication with you. Arrived at the location, found a parking spot right out front. The ambiance and the room was awesome! She was very friendly and got the job done right and timely! Check out her amazing deal for a full, new set! Everywhere else charges $150+ read more

I got my lash extensions done by Thanh and I loved them!! Lashes are super addicting since you wake up beautiful every morning! :) Thanh was very detailed and patient. My lashes had a lot of pop to them but still looked natural after she was done. Thanh was super friendly and made me feel comfortable through the process. I really enjoyed chatting with her which made time fly by. I will definitely be back, thank you Thanh!!! read more

Hana and Thanh always make my eyes pop! My natural lashes are so short but both ladies have been able to enhance my lashes for a fuller natural look. read more

Love the place. Lashes come out great. I personally like the natural look which they definitely exceed in. When it's time for a fill you can barely notice. Other places I've gone to a lash is turned in the wrong direction or it's really noticeable you need a fill. NOT HERE. they use thinner lashes I think so even if ones out of place you don't look all weird read more

Hana is the absolute best at what she does, and I always leave her place feeling glamorous and confident. For her skills, I would say the pricing is such a bargain. You won't find many other places that charge as reasonably as she does while doing such a good job. She's very precise and also fast, but her speed in no way takes away from the quality. read more

Hana is amazing. She is fast, exact and also extremely sweet and attentive. The whole experience is relaxing and fun! I have average length, straight, blonde lashes,( I tint them) and she does an amazing job of making my lashes look glamorous, yet somehow natural. Look no further for your lash expert. read more

I've been getting my lashes done by Thanh the last few months and she's amazing! My lashes always look super natural and I get lots of compliments on them :-) Highly recommend!! read more

I'm most happy to give Flutter lashes 5 stars. I recently got eyelash extensions done someplace else and had an bad reaction to the glue so I wanted to have them removed. I wasn't able to contact the place that performed my service so Flutter lash came highly recommended by a friend that sees Hana. I left a message before their opening hours and someone texted me back right away! Great Customer service! I was booked for a removal appointment with Thanh, she was super sweet and professional, she gently removed the lashes and explained what the problem could have been but never bashed the other salon. The service was fast painless and I didn't loose any of my natural lashes. I'm so pleased with Thanh! I will definitely be back to her for a full set after my eyes are all clear and not sore. read more

Flutter is amazing! I just moved out of town so unfortunately will need to find a new spot, but my experiences at flutter have always been nothing but positive. Hana is incredible, I went to her for about a year and she's always super friendly and does a great job on my lashes. I also went to Thanh a couple of times recently and she is also super talented - can't go wrong. Definitely book in advance, Flutter fills up super quickly! :) read more

Hana is the best. All I can say is that if you want a job well done, look great, be comfortable then TRUST ME this is the lovely gal to go to. read more

I've been getting my eyelashes done for a year now and I'm obsessed! I was going to a lady in San Francisco who was amazing but she basically tried to rip me off so I decided to try and find someone else! I seen 4 different people! Who sucked! I thought it was hopeless until I found Hana! Not only does she do it as good as the lady I was seeing in the city, she does it for half the price and she listens to what I want and don't want! She's amazing! She will definitely be my go to gal now!! read more

A few days ago I made an appointment with Hana at Flutter Lash Bar to have a full set of lashes put on. I hadn't been to Flutter Bar in years, but its close to where I live, so I decided - on a whim - to give them a try again. I had been going to other Estheticians through Groupon or LivingSocial deals, but hadn't really been thrilled with the final result. Either the lashes looked clumped, or they fell out quickly, or they were just too unnatural looking. Whatever the reason, I didn't become a regular client of any of the previous places I visited. However, even though I paid full price for the service with Hana, I felt like I got every penny's worth. I asked her for fullness versus lash length, and I got just what I asked for. My lashes look natural, they are completely comfortable, I have zero need for mascara and I feel as if my eyes really pop now. Hana was super fast, extremely easy to talk to, and I will definitely go back for touch-ups/fills. I'm super pleased - thank you!!! read more

Where can i start off?? Maybe a month ago i was looking for a lash place & came across Flutter Lash Bar.. Looking @ the reviews i noticed that Hana receives lots of good reviews. I contacted Hana & got Julie because Hana was out of town. Julie did my lashes I explained & showed her what i want. BAD experience she gave me the shortest lashes ever which i explained I don't like short lashes.. So i wanted to try the service again & have Hana give it a try lol. Julie was very unprofessional about it. She didn't want to give me Hana number.. or try to help me in anyway. Just real catty for no reason !! I suggest to stay away from the Julie girl lol! I still would like to find out about Hanas work ! read more

Thanh is wonderful. She explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. She's easy to talk to or, if you prefer to fall asleep, she's good with that too (trust me!) She made sure I understood how to care for my lashes before leaving and my lashes rock. Will definitely return. read more

Thanh was great! She was very meticulous in her application of the lashes and also took the time to match me with the kind of lashes that were best suited for my eye shape/natural eyelash texture. Will definitely be going here again! read more

Hana is absolutely amazing & so talented! I went to flutter lash bar for lash extensions and a Brazilian wax last November. AMAZING!! After one visit, I am proud to say I am a loyal customer. Hana is personable and makes you feel really comfortable. I always look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend her!! read more

Thanh did a great job! A very natural look that was perfect for my beach vacation.

OBSESSED with my lashes!!! I have been getting my lashes done by Ryann at Flutter for about 6 months now... best decision ever!! I am a busy working mom of two and needed to save some time in my morning routine. Thanks to my gorgeous falsies I can be ready to head out the door in no time at all! Half the time I don't even wear make-up anymore- the lashes make me look naturally put together and awake. Ryann does a fantastic job, makes me feel so comfortable, and is great at giving me care tips and making sure I am doing everything I can to pro-long my "lash-life" between fills. I recommend seeing Ryann at Flutter to everyone I know! read more

My extensions from here lasted 2 weeks. The first application was beautiful, but it didn't last long... second application looked nice, but when the eyelashes naturally fell out they took my eyelashes with them. Currently using castor oil to repair the damage. read more

Hana is awesome! I decided to try out lash extensions a few months ago, and she made the experience great. She is super friendly, does the job efficiently and without causing any pain to my relatively sensitive eyes, and most importantly, the lashes look soo fantastic! I'm addicted. read more

I love love love what Hana does with my eyelashes. It lasts 4 weeks, even though I choose to go for touch ups at 3 weeks. Plus, she is a complete sweetheart. read more

I love Hana sooooo much!! She is an amazing lash technician. I got tons of compliments after my lash was done, and they lasts super long for me~ The environment is clean and lovely, and the process is extremely relaxing and comfortable. Awesome relaxing spa like atmosphere, great service with da talented& lovely Hanh. Definitely recommend.

I am obsessed with my lashes. If you want the best......Hana is your girl! I hardly have any lashes so the transformation is remarkable. I love it!! I have dry eyes so putting mascara on doesn't help the issue. I'm so happy with the result every time I see her. read more

I love my lashes thanks to Flutter Lash Bar. Such a great service from Hannah! And so easy to book online. Thank you for making me feel so great! read more

What can I say? I am in love with my 3D lashes. Hannah wanted to try the 3d lashes on me because not only is it overall lighter but it gives it a more flirty look. I am asian so my lashes are weak and thin. It gets weighted down by too many lash extensions and it can feel like I am wearing fake lashes. Don't get me wrong they still look amazing but it takes awhile getting used to the extensions. By using these 3d lashes (3 lashes in one) I can get the fuller "fan" look without the weight. It's amazing! I love it and people compliment on how natural it looks. Thank you Hannah! It was completely worth it. I will be going back for refills soon! read more

I made an appointment to do my lashes because I heard they did Nice lashes the date of the appointment I gave a call from the girl that I was going to do my eyelashes tell me if she could back up my appointment because she had a client that she needed to do before me I guess it was a refill and I said OK that's fine I paid 160 for the lashes plus I even got the liquid to keep my lashes clean I asked for a full set and let me tell you That was not a full set it was supposed to be an hour and a half appointment which it was not and took her 30 minutes to do the lashes plus She was really rude no conversation no nothing it seems that she just wanted to get it over with I paid $200 for the service plus I gave her a $20 tip I wouldn't recommend it maybe it was just me it's probably me that she didn't like or maybe she was having a bad day or she has something to do but it was not good service the eyelashes were not a full set but she still charge me $150 like it was a full set . read more
