In the midst of the COVID-19 lockdowns, I found this to be very challenging and frustrating. Many groomers I contacted were either booked 4-6 weeks in advance and/or not accepting new clients. K&S returned my call early the next morning, and were able to take her within the hour!!! She was severely over grown and matted, they did a wonderful summer cut on her and When compared to my old groomer (who I repeat key got poor quality cuts from) and who significantly up charged for any matting......K&S was more than reasonably priced. You now have a new regular customer. Thank you again for being so accommodating, I am truly appreciate of your service.

Yes it's a long wait, but most groomers are. I took my boy Queso on Friday 5/10 and explained what I wanted. I said, absolutely no shave down because Aussies shouldn't be without their coat. The lady took notes and said something around the lines like " short, but not too short to mess up the coat". I was happy she understood the importance. When I picked him up at 1:00 pm, as soon as I walked in and before even seeing my dog....The lady said she wouldn't charge me and apologized for having accidentally shaved him completely. She said she wasn't fully paying attention to my instructions and "should've called me" but of course didn't. I was more sad than angry because my doggo loves to be out in the park and around our yard but now we have to be careful he doesn't get sunburned. I will no longer be coming here, but if you take your pup, perhaps stick around to be sure they get it right.

I had an appointment, which I made 6 weeks prior. Work and life happened, and the appointment skipped my mind. I received a call from, who I guess was the owner, 20 mins after my appointment time. She was not happy and reminded me that I had an appointment. I apologized profusely and asked if it was to late to bring them in or reschedule. She chuckled at me and said "It's way to late to bring them in and we don't accept clients who don't call about their appointments." I was taken aback at her smugness and lack of regard for my apology and explanation. Keep in mind, I've never missed an appointment. On top of that, I've always tipped her very well. I was disgusted by the way I was treated. I was judged and dropped by this groomer with absolutely zero hesitation. I know they have a business to run, and I would totally understand if I had missed prior appointments. But that wasn't the case. If, for any reason, it's a possibility that you could forget about your appointment, I do not recommend Groomindales. They don't care. You will get a phone call, where you are belittled, and treated like you missed the appointment on purpose. And then they will drop your pets as clients. Horrible customer service and the owner/manager obviously thinks a-lot of herself. If I could give them less stars, I would.

Needed my dog's nails clipped and found this business on yelp with 1 good review, so I decided to…read moretry them out. Their yelp posting says they're open until 3:30 but I would call ahead. It turns out they were closing at 1:30pm on this particular Saturday. So I took my doggie on a short trip to Kingsburg. I found the shop with no problem. It's tucked away from the main street...small building. I only saw two grooming tables. One of the groomers greeted me and my doggie and was friendly. I told her the reason for my visit and she stopped what she was doing and clipped my dog's nails right on the spot! Great sevice. My total time at the groomer was less than 10 minutes. I paid $5.00 to clip have my dogs nails clipped but they charged me $1.50 to use my debit card which kind of bummed me out. In summary, my experience was fast, friendly, efficient and affordable service. The reasons I didn't give a 5-star rating were the small salon space, the smell of wet dog which was very prevalent (maybe better ventilation as a suggestion) and the $1.50 fee to use my debit card for payment. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Because my dog is blind and has arthritis clippers weren't going to work so Rebecca used her scissors to do an all over trim. She was very patient and kind even though my dog took a few nips.
