When I picked up my dog I immediately noticed he felt dirty. My hands felt dirty. I looked down at my shirt after carrying him out to my car and it was completely covered in hair and dirt. So when I got home I gave him a bath. The bath water was filled with hair and dirt. I looked down at his nails and the nails were not trimmed. My speculation is that they skip the actual wash to cut time and hope no one notices. read more

WARNING to anyone thinking about bringing their dog here. I was a regular customer for years until my dog's ear was cut during a grooming appointment. I didn't even realize how bad it was until I washed him again at home and the blood-stop powder I suspect they used dissolved, revealing the CUT on his ear that BLED everywhere. I can't even attach a photo because it's too graphic. I stopped coming here for a long time because of that. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance and brought my dog in for a flea treatment because I've been busy. I hadn't even left the parking lot before I noticed a flea on him. I paid $60 for my dog to STILL HAVE FLEAS. They also failed to clip his nails :) They told me to come back at 8am for a rewash, but after everything that's happened I don't trust leaving my dog in their care anymore. Twice now I've left here feeling like my dog was not properly taken care of. If you care about your pet, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. read more

My dog Mocha (Yorkie) has been going there for 3 years! I have never had any issues, she was previously mistreated by another grooming place but pet envy in Dinuba has made her so comfortable and she enjoys going now! I think to have that much patience with a dog is worth something. Thanks guys! read more

I brought my great Pyrenees Freddy and my Shih Tzu Jack in to be groomed this morning at 8:30. I picked them up around 10. If Freddy was given a bath it was just the top of his head and his back. His legs and his behind were unwashed and looked exactly the same as he did when I took him. And poor Jack's foot has been bleeding all afternoon from his nails being cut way too short. I hope he doesn't get an infection and if it's still bleeding tomorrow I will have to take him to the vet. I've taken them both there a few times before with no issue. read more

Been taking my dogs here for the past year or so and they are great! My pups are about a year old and they can be a handful.

Second time taking my fur babies to get groomed and today was definitely overwhelming, I picked up my pups looking so hideous and when I went to confront them about the job they had done they said dogs were matted but they didn't even attempt to give them a haircut my dogs look so ugly I cried for a good hour because I was so shocked! I understand they were a little matted but they are puppies and get into stuff they could have worked with them but didn't the shaved them down I am very upset and I am not the only one this has happened to so worse to hear that! read more

If I was able to give this place 0 stars I would. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!!! Not only are they unprofessional, they take forever don't even do it right, and the place is PHILTY. Front guy is rude as hell. I took my Minnie golden doodle there and showed them a picture as well as a guide and he was like we can't do that & insisted on doing his own thing. He would ask me what I wanted and every time I told him he shut me down. I made an apt for my baby at 11am. Left the place at 11:07am here comes 12:30pm I call in & check the status of my dog and front guy again said he would be done in a hour and a half meaning they haven't even started!! Fast foward 30 mins I get a text telling me he was done. They rushed. Didn't even wash him all they did was trim around his eyes & paw area. Front guy made me pay before seeing my puppy. read more

I have never left a review anywhere but this is definitely worthy, they left a very uneven and thin coat, no clippers were used because it would be "too unsafe", for a dog with a non shedding coat he left fur everywhere because he wasn't properly cleaned after their "60$" process. The price seems to be the same with or without an actual cut. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

We stopped using Pet Envy in Dinuba after we were told at pickup that our 1 yo dog passed out while getting groomed. If our dog passes out YOU CALL us!!!! When we mentioned this to our dog trainer shortly after the grooming visit she was shocked. She had never heard of a dog passing out. Our dog was never properly deshedded the few times we took him there. And the woman in charge at the front never seemed to really care what you had to say and was always 'polite' in a condescending way. read more

the worst place to take your pets!! tust me when I tell you don't take your fur babies here I got my dog back wet and full of fur. He was so scared. They were so unprofessional about it. I asked him if they could've at least brushed him down and they said they couldn't. I paid $46 for my service. I got my dog back, wet and full of sheds. They said my dog pooped and my dog had poop all over his behind so they didn't even clean him up. I didnt want to be a Karen and start drama but I was so upset I even cried!! read more

I had been taking my dog here for 2 years to this place and the last two times i took my 10 year old toy poodle she came back bleeding because she was nicked on her little skin tagged while being shaved. I understand dogs don't like the vet or the groomers but the guy up front grabbed her little paw across the chest with a little too much pressure "in order for her to calm down". I stopped taking her because there was a "dog virus" going around and i didn't want to risk it, fast forward 2 months we try a new groomer and she tells us she expects her previous groomer may have probably hit her because of how nervous she was. I can't imagine what they do, please do not take your dogs here. read more

I brought my Corgi in to to get a bath, haircut, and to be deshedd. Dropped him off at around 2 pm and was called to pick him up around 40 minutes later. I picked him up and noticed his hair was slightly damp (at most) and it appeared as though his undercoat wasn't even touched. I know Corgi's shed a lot. However, it was pretty obvious they didn't do what I had payed for. I decided not to complain because it seemed like staff doesn't care about their work anyways and wouldn't be worth the argument. I wouldn't recommend anyone going as it pretty obvious they are simply rushing through every pet and not doing the job (if at all). This place clearly has poor management and doesn't care about their work or customers. read more

They did a great job with my dog today I was definitely a satisfied customer. I will be returning most definitely

So here is the truth about this place in Dinuba. For several months now I have been taking my dog Charles to this place and every time he comes home with some kind of burn. I call it razor burn. It does not show up right away. A few days later his skin is red, itchy and irritated. He whines about it alot. I have brought this to the attention of the store manager several, several times. I have even told them about it when I drop him off, and still the same thing. I quit going for along time because I had other places to go. Well the best dog grooming shop left town. A Shout out to Pet Haven good job. For convience I took Charles there again on Friday and took my other dog Chuuko there the following wednesday and now they both have the same problem. I have spoken to the new manager John, dont know his last name, and he tells me it couldnt be them, they dont use razors. Well whatever the HELL you used, it hurt my dogs and you keep doing it. YOUR FIRED from ever doing my dogs again. And my relatives dogs, and my friends dogs.!!!!!! read more
