However, I was very impressed with how they make the ice. These are not just shaved ice made by water and add syrup like many places. Really high standard place use juice to make the ice and then shaved it. This place I think they use milk to make the ice, So it's very creamy. The corn flakes was a nice touch asking with the ice cream which makes sense. I tried the matcha one too and it was also very good. Love the mochi pieces in it and the matches powder was generous.

To-Go I wanted to try and compare all the tea flavored jellies they had, Jasmine, Oolong and Earl Grey Tea Jelly. Packaged with small packets of the half and half to add later. The best was OOLONG 5/5- it had a slight roasted tea flavor that was refreshing and comforting at the same time. What you would want from a milk tea. Second best was Jasmine - fragrant and less bitter than the one I had in restaurant, typical jasmine flavor that's lightly floral and not too heavy Earl Grey 3/5 - it was good if you like earl grey like me, but it has an intensely strong fragrance and flavor that might be off-putting if you're not used to the taste. Warning: Parking on the lot is 1.5hrs only for the whole day and they are strict and will ticket you - this includes if you are running errands earlier in the day in the same lot and had left and returned. Honestly, we didn't know what the heck we ordered and we ordered it to go. It took a little while to prepare, but when it came we were presented with a coconut wrapped in cellophane. We were intrigued and had to open it right then and there. We were treated to a coconut FILLED with fresh mango, mochi, and pudding... all in a fresh coconut - the coconut meat was thin, so you knew it was juicy and fresh! Along with tofu and soy pudding, they also sell a great selection of dim sum-style snacks and several varieties of soy milk, including regular, black bean, and ginger. Everything feels homemade and thoughtfully prepared. Parking is conveniently available right in front of the restaurant, making it easy to stop by. I got the cream, coconut, black sesame and matcha white chocolate. All were filled generously and not too sweet. I think my favourite was the matcha or cream one, but that's just a personal preference.
