In short, their cake is dense, moist, flavorful, and doesn't fall apart. It's made from extremely high-quality ingredients, like whole grain flour. Their frosting is fluffy and not greasy. The cream cheese frosting is especially good. It's not too much, but not too little, either. Together, the cake and frosting are not excessively sweet. I hate when I get a cupcake that makes me feel like I downed a box of sugar cubes. The sweetness factor is perfect. The price point is excellent too. We buy a third-dozen every couple days. And we're not even cake people.
