My health insurance is UnitedHealthcare, one of the most common and widely accepted plans, so I had no reason to expect any problems. The exam they provided was nothing special--just the same basic check she gets anywhere when getting new glasses. Then I received a bill for almost $700 because they decided to bill the visit through my medical insurance instead, which was out of network. At no point did the receptionist or anyone else warn me that the visit would be billed this way or that it would be considered out of network. There was zero transparency. I even asked for a detailed billing statement to understand the charges, and they never responded. Not a single reply. This felt misleading and completely avoidable. Families deserve honest information before an appointment, not surprise bills afterward. I do not recommend this place and I don't want anyone else to get scammed the way I did. Just don't go!

My experience did not align with all of the five star reviews and I would not see him again purely out of his lack of people skills.
