Ed answered right away and came out within an hour, gave me an estimate and returned later the same day to do the work. The job was more involved than expected so he returned the next day to finish. He did excellent work and even though the job was tougher than anticipated (many shingles needed to be replaced), he honored his original estimate. Ed is honest and fair and I couldn't recommend him more highly. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
