They contacted the funeral home to get the right measurements, put together a beautiful arrangement, delivered it to his grave and sent me a photo. As I live in the Seattle area I have not seen the grave stone. These guys couldn't have been nicer, their charge was extremely reasonable, especially since I had give them a dollar limit and they kept it well below. My family will be using them from now on. I received an order confirmation and saw a pending charge on my card, so I assumed everything was fine. A week later, I found out the recipients never received anything. When I called the shop to ask what happened, the call was answered unprofessionally with a curt "Hello?" and silence. Once I confirmed I had the right business and provided order details, I was met with rudeness and a condescending tone. They claimed there was a payment issue--despite the pending charge on my card--and said they tried to contact me. I received no email, no call, nothing. Their failure to follow up meant the grieving family never received the intended support, and the owner's dismissive, unprofessional attitude made it worse. Even if payment issues arise, basic communication and courtesy are non-negotiable. Sadly, Clinton Floral seems to operate as if being the only local option gives them a pass on professionalism. It doesn't. I won't be using them again--and I'd strongly recommend you don't either.
